This is why the Japanese industry is one of the best in the world. They use the human eye, handwork and they seem to be compromised to what they're doing. To me, everything made in Japan is a signal of total quality.

I have fishing reels made in Japan from late 80s that still work like the day I purchased. The quality is unmatched.
The making of the 55 gallon drums was the best jazz drum solo I've ever heard🤣
Love watching the machines with no talking getting in the way. No music or light music is best. I like hearing the machines work. The text description is really nice too for when I need to know something about the process.

Japan synonymous with excellence integrated into a whole. From the physical, material, productive, human and socio-cultural aspects. A clear example of a society in balance and harmony with life.

I love this music, such emotive, compelling, amazing. I would like to get hold of a copy of this it is so beautiful. I watched another of this manufacturing post, it is like the Machines are working to, such brilliance to compose it to the post. I am going to subscribe to this Channel in the hope you create more posts. Just love this❣
What amazes me about these machines is that a group of people sat down and designed every single individual part of the machine. Then figured out how each piece functions with every other piece and put it all together to make one incredible machine.

Well, it's more so that the machines evolve, innovations are rare and done in sections. So one process may be done by hand then eventually someone or tech catches up to make an automated part of the process. Having been in plastics 30 years myself I've my share of innovation. I've seen robots replace workers, whole factories become automated over time. So it's not like someone comes up with the entire process at once, it's a very slow and gradual thing.
@DanKoning777

@@zysis // The process of gradual change is true in all areas of life e.g. transportation, medical, recreation, etc and most are aware of the changes b/c of their affects. Sadly, some changes are ignored until negative affects become visible as people begin to look back and complain. No change is more stark than the "slow change/gradual implosion" of America; something openly promoted on Americas godless and morally bankrupt tv/movies. America has missed the *fact* that God removed His hand of blessing from our nation: "...so God *gave them over"* [Rom 1 v18-32]
Oh my god, thank you for your including the actual sound and not just royalty-free dub-step music!

Keeping those Machines maintained well.they must be quite old.very ingenious.
Man wonder why people around the world like to buy Japanese products?? It's because they take real pride in their work and what they manufacture!

This video is so mesmerizing, I thought I would watch just the few first minutes and change to another video, but now, 14 minutes in, I think I'll watch it to the end.
Just open your mind up to watching this episode . The amount of work that goes into the pencil is amazing . To build the machine to do it is awesome . Everything in life is not easy , & takes an amazing amount of skill to build the machine . Not to forget about the people that come up with the ideas . This applies to everything in life . We take everything in life for granted . Take time to appreciate what we have & how easy it would be to loose it all ..

In Canada, we've got a different opinion. The fact is that we just don't have enough peoples as it is, so automation is a necessity. Everything that can be automated is being automated. A lot of the jobs that we have end up requiring higher qualifications, peoples that can repair, maintain or design the machines needed to automate those processes. Theses jobs usually pay more than your typical worker on an assembly chain.

He sits at a bar, drinking rye whiskey neat, but slowly. A beautiful woman walks in and sits next to him. She looks down at his leathery, work-worn hands. He says, "Care for a screw?" As he produces one out of thin air as if by magic. She laughs, feeling lucky that all those years ago she married him. They're happy. But he is secretly disappointed in his son, who refuses to take over the family business because his dream is to go into nails.

Cool thought, at least in my brain...a seed sprouts and starts growing in an American forest just as a Japanese company begins operations. 70 years later, that tree is harvested, placed on a ship (I assume), and transported all the way across the sea to Japan. And is crafted into an everyday, essential tool for all to use. 🤯
