It's just a dumb fun racing game with a surprising amount of variety, a surprisingly deep story, and alot of world building all rolled into one.

What a nice and comprehensive ranking of all the Jak games. Yup, every single game in the franchise.

Jak 2 is a masterpiece except for the like 15% of missions that are absolute ass

I do respect your opinion but honestly I kind a like the darker story and new gameplay style of Jak 2 because it was honestly unique from the other games and besides the collectathon gameplay was already done before by game such as Super Mario 64 and banjo Kazooie

People strongly overate Jak 2 and 3. The first game was far more unique compared to the other entries in the franchise. Jak 2 felt like it abandoned all its charm just so they could appease to edgy people.

This isnt real, no fan of jak and daxter would ever mention those words after jak and daxters name

1. Jak 3. Loved all the powers, the gameplay variety, the massive desert AND Haven City, and the conclusion was badass! 2. Jak 2. Really where the series became genius, great gunplay and platforming, amazing story and characters, always good for a replay! 3. Jak and Daxter: Precursor Legacy. A certified platform classic, such fun gameplay, a colorful world, and loved collecting power cells! 4. Jak X Racing. A noteworthy side story (even if I don’t consider it canon) that felt like Twisted Metal meets Jak and Daxter. Lots of fun modes, cool customization, and good to see the characters again! 5. Daxter. A fun little treat for my PSP, nice to see what Dax was up to before Jak 2. Fun platforming and nice little gameplay loot, even if the story and characters were a bit forgettable. 6. Jak and Daxter: The Frontier. We don’t…talk about this one….😬🫤😢

I regret of not playing the other two jak and Dexter game after the first one. After I discovered my PS4 market have all Jak and Dexter series, my plan is to buy them. Maybe I'll finally see what behind the door after you collect all power cells or orbs.

Just got my ps2 back the other day. Currently playing through precursor legacy and then I’m finishing the series. Next is ratchet and clank. Then I’m going through sly cooper.

I definitely would trade the 2 and 3 spots, but overall, so good.

My Top 3 List: 1. Jak and Dexter The Precursor's Legacy 2. Jak 2 3. Jak X I really don't care about anything else as they don't really feel as engaging or fun in terms of difficulty to play in comparison. 3 was good but it's not as up to par because of plot holes in the story and the gameplay was gimmicky and easy.

Jak 2 is a masterpiece, I love everything about this game, the story, atmosphere, characters, weapons, gameplay etc. (the only bad thing about Jak 2 is that there's no checkpoints)

I would say the 1st game was the best! I fell like all the other games where not the same game. They where dark and a litle boring i would say. The first game. Had a colorfull world. Awsome objectives. And a great game story. Absolute nr 1. The nr 1 jak and daxter game is a nr 1. I did not enjoy all the other games in this series. Somebody must be saying the same thing as me! Come on. Jak 2. Jak 3. Was not the same at all. Jax x looks like a cool mario kart. But im not a race game guy sorry!. And alot of hate to lost frontier but i liked that game! Compared to the other ones. Some of the magic came back from the first game.
