I still say, Invest in Bonds, Barry Bonds. The HR Champ was the most feared hitter in the last 30 years. Sure he juiced but his numbers are off the chain. But low while you can.

They’re like stock brokers, no matter if the players start out hot and the cards are worth hundreds and crap out in two years and are worth a few dollars, they still got your $500 from the hobby box you bought.

Kinda hopes you would make a video or at least speak on the Ohtani topic from a sports card investing view point .

Because anybody with half a brain will know that the Young Guns card will be cold immediately as they sell for half of what they did and Upper Deck printed the card to infinity.

Burbank Cards is prolly the only place you'll find it for a fair price. They have every single Aikman card ever made so I'm guessing they would be your best bet

My thoughts too about that worthless ticker. Just as Geoff says that Anthony Edwards cards are not, the ticker says his PSA 9 is cold. Or how many times can we see a worthless card like Kyle Lewis or Bol Bol PSA 10s on the hot ticker one week and the cold ticker the next. Also how does a Yordan Alvarez PSA 10 go up 937% yet it’s only a $25 card. Makes absolutely no sense.

What about will Grier?

I’ve said from day 1 that Pickett and Pick was never a salable qb name. He was destined to fail !!

Thank you. I have shifted focus over the years to collecting defensive play makers in the NFL....the guys the qb and offense are afraid of... shutdown defensive players. They seem to outlast RBs, WRs, and most QBs drafted in their class. Been stacking Aaron Donald cards since 2014🤘

Please explain how? There are many options to grade, so if you are still using them even though you explicitly know the fees they charge then that’s on you.

When you pay more for Kenny Pickett than Tom Brady, you get what you get. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Pickett should have kept his mouth shut amd he'd still be at least in the running, wilson has been falling for the last couple years.

Trying to associate modern sports cards and investing is as disgusting as promoting gambling to children. Focus on collectors and providing services people want. Enough of all this modern sports card investing garbage. It's horrible for the hobby. Only the really misinformed and vulnerable will be convinced these things are investment grade products. Of course you just have to own "the right cards," right? Isn't that what you guys say?

This has been how the hobby has been since the early 80’s a total crapshoot and people thinking they are psychics and predict who is going to be worth money. It’s why there is a constant cycle of people like Geoff that are only in it for the money and then get burned by bad investments. Yet you’ll see them the next draft class gobbling up all of the overpriced prospects.

Completely agree, it’s a cliche but you only have one chance to make a first impression and Zion burned his bridges and people moved on. PSA 10s of Zion for $20 are not real great investments and should turn a light bulb on for people.

The card market is a joke right now. This guy is so full of it. He has cost people a lot of money if they actually followed his lead. Manipulated modern number cards. Just awful

I only have Anthony Edwards rookie cards from his university set. They haven't seemingly gone up much if at all. But I do have Zion's!!!
