I don’t think he said he was going to be great! He said it was a big risk when he bought his cards. Basically he speculated like every other card collector does.

I love that you had Bedard in there even though he doesnt quite fit your narrative of that the cards that are hot have to be going up in price. Cause obviously Bedards YGs arent doing that, but they are certainly hot regardless!

Lol Bedard as an honarble mention is funny, he is the sole reason why shops are selling typical $85-110 Upper Deck boxes for $250-300 ea, and no Caitlin Clark in the top 5 is comical right now

For a base young guns rookie card of Bedard to go for 500$ + raw right now is quite impressive. I don’t see any other base rookie cards of Wemby, Stroud, or Clark going over 100$

If there’s no auto and no patch then who cares about these cards? Anyone can printout a picture on card stock, what makes cards different from anything that anyone can print out is when they have actual things from the player on them

Something tells me Jokic will look like Tim Duncan and Karl Malone cards in the long term. I honestly think he is the most overrated player in the game. It wouldn't surprise me if he doesn't play 15 seasons. Casuals just see his stats on paper, nerds can see him for what he is.
