My experience is that completely avoiding coffee and tea along with white sugar and milk ( instead you can take sugar cane juice directly or palm sugar in ginger juice or any herbal juice) itself reduces a lot of pain in your joints.! But you will have to do some stretching exercises or walking or yoga mudras on daily basis that will help tremendously in improving your strength. I stopped drinking coffee or tea for the past 12 years and it has helped reduce my acidity levels also. As for about oils ,I take only cold pressed oils from oil mills near our place and I avoid reusing the oils once boiled. And finally speaking of meat and fish it’s very difficult to avoid them unless you’re very keen about it .. and more over we need some nutrients derived from them which are essential in older years like Omega 3 which are in fishes only , so it is upto you whether you want it or not. Other wise you can take calcium pills enriched with omega3 daily. Finally avoid junk foods, cheese, and chocolate for healthy living because they increase your acidity levels in uncontrollable ways. After certain age watching what goes inside your stomach helps reduce your weight thereby reducing your joint pain.

We must not forget how people live thousands of years ago when there is no drugs, pills or even vaccines. We must questions these things of how they live without these things and they lived longer and in much perfect health compared to us today. We cannot replace or immitate GOD given gifts -sunshine, fresh air, plant foods, and water. These are all basic needs of life. Do not forget these precious gifts everyday. When you open your eyes, it is already a blessing. Be thankful and be grateful! That is already a miracle. A big blessings. When the last air will be polluted, the last water will be contaminated, the last plant dies, we will all realize that we can't eat money. Let us return to our EARTHLY MOTHER. We are children and needs her love and care. She will take care of us once we do.

I think everyone is diffrent bcuz I have RA and I could eat eggs.. meat definitely I cant.. and Ita not about eating only veggies.. it's about having the right nutrients from the vegetables. I've been on a diet eating only quinoa and green beans and sweet potatoes and still had inflammation but once I started to include greens veggies it helped. I now see improvement. But what helped me the most will sound disgusting.. I drink every morning half lemon with pulp and skin in a blended with a glove of garlic and a hint of tumeric.. I dont suffer from inflammation.. I think everyone is different depends on the level of inflammation you have in Reuhmatoid arthritis. Maybe in severe cases you cant eat eggs and fish.. but I can.. try to listen to your body and know the foods that triggers pain.. oh and coffee is bad for me.. I switch to tea. But I try to keep only water or lemon water

Dairy is not the same as meat... I find dairy more aggravating than organic, grass-fed meat (rarely consumed)

I know...... But in the morning, nothing better than a strong cup of tea with buttered toast....... No doubt, intentions are there and I am sure once I start, then, there'll be no looking back....... I truly am inspired after reading this post.

Excess of everything is bad, green tea should not be consumed more than twice a day for safer side.... specially when you are starting something new to your life style. This is far better than regular tea.
