Had the cluster issue on my '08. Dim odo and It would go out on occasion. Yeah tapping on the upper right corner would work. Sent it off to get refurbed, forget who but was recommended by another KZread channel. Whole thing was under 100.00 shipped. freaky when it happens at night. LOL.

My buddy use to service all there CV ‘s fleet for a department in NJ . My 05 cv had problem with windshield wiper motor shop bought after market 2x . Called my buddy in NJ he said wiper motor must be motor craft any other brand is not good . 5+ years later OEM motor still working.

Yeah I try to stick with Motorcraft. Ford has discontinued these parts, so if you want an OEM version you have to pay a lot. Can only find it on eBay sadly.

If you going to take out the dash for the blend door actuator. Id recommend doing the automatic air temperature control swap from the cvlx. ❤
