My Octopus Teacher was great!
The very, very best Movie about Scuba, Freediving and the passion that One can feel towards the Sea is: The Big Blue ("Le Grand Bleu" original title) It's an old movie but the only movie that was able to express the feelings divers have and why we are so addicted to the sea. If you've never seen it, I believe its a must! Coming from a family of professional full-time scuba divers :)

Such a great choice.
The Dive. Older… maybe 1980ish. Possibly Norwegian. Watched it again the other day on KZread. Really great.
thanks for your recommend, watching it
The Last Breath was amazing!!!!
A lockdown isn't stopping me from going diving. Bad ocean conditions is the only thing stopping me. I'm laid off work and I mentally cannot be locked in a tiny 900 sq. ft. apartment with 3 other people who also have been laid off work. We all almost got in a physical fight twice. One of them is an angry drunk too. So......I am going out if the conditions are good. I feel safer being out than in the house.
The deepest breath, Dave not coming back
Black Coral is one of the best diving movies. Mahalo 🤙🏼
The abyss is my favorite movies with diving in it. Though not realistic it's a great movie
Best advice you can give to scuba divers in a lockdown, I guess. 😕
Everyone should also look up Audrey Messt (I think that's how you spell it) she was a free diver who died while breaking the world record.... but was possibly murdered by her partner... terribly sad but a beautiful and interesting watch... its on KZread though 👌

Breaking Surface is a great movie to see too.
Since I can't dive, I decided to geek out and buy an Ocean Reef full face mask. I'll be ready for adventure when the lock down is over.

Just looked it up and found it on Netflix. Going to watch it now. Thanks!
For shits and giggles everyone should watch The Meg 😂 so amusing and the worst part is that they call the (extinct.... but alive??) Shark a "she" the whole way through when it clearly has clappers haha. Gotta love Jason Stratham's (or what ever his surname is...) RIDICULOUSLY fast decent to save the marine biologist... no narcing? Hmm ahaha
