A lot of what I do in my martial art's require good grip strength. This has been the most informative video on the subject I have seen, hands down. One suggestion I would have is to do more audio takes, Your went going through all the trouble of doing an overlay and when you tripped over your script I especially noticed it.

Hi Blake, I love your videos! Question- why is the proper technique for gripping bars and other hand holds? I’m just starting out, and I hands give out due to blisters on the palm before muscle fatigue. I’d love to know exactly how you’re holding things and what you’re focusing on to improve performance and minimize blisters.
