Yes, this list was made in the past, but I will still argue at that time these are still really great Echoes because of accessibility. I can do an update for 1.1 which I will probably do but as of the launch I am very firm that these were really great echoes. Remember dreamless required you to completely beat the story in order to fight her

This short was done long ago, and there's quite some changes already. Bell Borne Geochelone and Impermanence Heron are the two echoes you SHOULD ALWAYS have. Bell Borne is the perfect utility support echo that gives you damage boost and damage reduction. Perfect for healers. Impermanence Heron gives a damage boost as well and a good AoE damaging ability. Part of why these two echoes are so good are because: Bell Borne is both on the Moonlit Clouds and Rejuvenating Glow set. But most of the time it's used by healers since you'll most likely use Moonlit Clouds on your sub DPS wearimg the Heron so you'll go for the Bell Borne + Rejuvenating Glow combo on your healer. You get insane buffs from these two echoes and the 5 pc set effects for your main DPS, which is absolutely insane. Bonus: Both Bell Borne and Heron can be swap cancelled. Meaning you don't have to stay on field on the character using it for it to take effect, which is huge. The last echo you should prioritize is depending on the element your main DPS has. Lingyang wants the Myriad, Calcharo - Mephis, Jiyan - Beringal, Spectro Rover - Mourning Aix, Encore - Inferno Rider, and so on. In the Crownless vs Dreamless debate though, technically, Crownless should be better because it boosts your damage while also dealing damage itself while Dreamless just does damage. But there's a reason why Dreamless is better. Dreamless - Can be swap cancelled. It has a very long animation if you stay on it but you can literally press the echo skill and swap after and it'll still do the slashes. - Does a lot of AoE damage. It can outdamage the damage buff that Crownless provides. Crownless - Takes too long. Cannot be swap cancelled, or else you'll lose out on the damage. - Ungrouping. It slashes the enemies away and the transformation is very clunky, so if you don't use Yangyang or Jianxin, the enemies are just.. so far away from each other. From my experience, Beringal can be swap cancelled, Mourning Aix animation cannot but it takes less animation time fortunately, Mephis, Inferno Rider takes so long and cannot be swap cancelled, Myriad is also somewhat the same but it at least has the freezing benefit, and I have never used the Mech.

Thundering Mephis can’t be swap cancelled but Tempest Mephis can. Thundering Mephis only gives the buff after the last attack so Tempest is better pretty much every time.

Every echo in the game can be swap canceled, just a matter of the right time of their final attack for multi input echoes. Thundering Memphis can be canceled at the final slam though that is a long wait Tempest Memphis can be canceled the second input claw attack. Mourning aix can be canceled once it does the dive down Beringal is super easy to cancel at any point Myriad can be canceled at the third slam. It's actually super easy Heron can be canceled similarly to aix but way earlier Inferno rider can be canceled as the 3rd slam animation starts From my experience, swap canceling dreamless misses out on the final slash but I ain't too sure about that

The Chasm Guardian is a very common Echo that does heal over time and has a really good Synergy with healer since it has access to that bonus stat. So even if the character can't heal with their kit they can use that Echo as a form of healing

Usually if we unlock a character after we fought him, we will get the weaker version of him. Not for Crownless case, he be weak af as a boss, while very useful as an echo 😂

The one that can cancel boss special attack with parry

WuWa’s echo skill is not all about damage lol, for example thundering mephis have a high damage but with very long animation that can get ez clapped by a stronger boss later Echo skill that can be animation cancelled is better (dreamless, heron, etc)

No because; 1. Dreamless 2. Belle turtle (coz it's great for supports with easy and pretty good effect) 3. Inferno Rider 4. Thundering Memphis 5. Mech abomination (coz of it's generalist effect)

Call me a whimp but I am terrified of robots and have been avoiding the mecha because of how terrifying it is. I had to farm it for Yinlin but the echoes were religiously discarded on sight

If you play havoc rover go for Dreamless it makes most boss fights trivial if you use it after rovers resonance liberation.. it easly out dps's anything else in the game as a streight out nuke

Inferno rider is legit only reason why i benched my jiyan and calcharo for encore even tho i have jiyan sig weapon💀

Thundering memphis isn't avalaible to me even though I have his icon on the map. Do I need to clear a certain story quest first? Everytime I come to his location, he won't appear.

I kind of prefer Tempest Mephis over Thundering due to the faster attack animation. Makes rotations faster for my Yinlin.

Dreamless best slot for Havoc Rover

I'm afraid that if I kill it, it'll spawn a lower level echo and when I become high level and beat again, it might not drop echo anymore. Or it might not even spawn again at all as I heard that some enemies don't respawn but I'm not sure if it's true. . New player here. Need help

Don’t worry, they do drop easily thanks to a pity system I believe, aunt minimum 1/2 bosses will drop their echo, middle (cost3) have the same but with 1/4. The rarity of echo increases with data bank level so don’t worry about it either

If you use double dreamless then you lost the 30% havoc bonus from the 5 set. And dreamless only good for rover because it's buff is specifically only for havoc rover. Other char will never trigger that buff. so crownless is better for all other havoc char.

@@jahatkeh10 Just try it the damage is super high even 30 percent damage bonus can't compare with dreamless damage and you can actually switch cancel dreamless so after using resonance liberation of havoc rover use dreamless switch cancel to other character then use dreamless again and it will still get the buff

You need to make sure that the monster has that bonus set as his current set. And it can't be the same exact type of echo it has to be something different for each slot to get the bonus

Kinda. It doesnt give any buff like crownless, instead the echo dmg it self(dreamless) increases after havoc rover uses ult, idk by how much but it deal a lot of dmg. Forgot 1 more thing, i'm pretty sure dreamless have the highest dmg multipliers for now.

Crownless has more damage than dreamless. But rover + dreamless will get 50% bonus on echo skill so on rover dreamless better.

When content creators haven't done their research, this is what happens. After 2 days from WuWa being out, I already knew Tempest > Thundering. Dreamless > Crownless. Your list is NOT the best. Dreamless - Havoc Rover specific Tempest\Mecha - Electro users Inferno - two types/ utilities Impermanence - two types/ also good for outro Bell borne - defense scaling Should have been the list lol. Those echos could be used for almost every resonators currently available. Like Taoqi, Yuanwu, Jianshin are defense specialist = bell borne. Yinlin has multi hit so she benefits from mecha a lot. Impermanence for Danjin for sub dps. Tempest > Thundering because thundering's last hit 60% doesn't hit, and you need that last hit for ' liberation ' buff.

this list is so wrong in many levels
