First metro in India, IIT, IIM, East India Company, capital of India till 1905, Textile, steel Industries, many from Bengal had nominated Bollywood with music and acting, most noble laurates in India, Lots of freedom fighters and list does not end. The industrial revolution specially IT started almost 30 years back in India, every state has more or less got it's share. But development of Bengal never got it's share and the progress has halted in Bengal since 50 years or more. Each one can understand now, industries can't survive if these sort of uncivilized and uncultured people are in power. How to behave/speak in public and Parliament practical training classes have to be conducted for all the elected Parliamentarians for atleast a month with compulsory attendance with practice sessions and should be made live to the country. Not that they are elected to the parliament means they know everything, most of them have knowledge level lesser than a LKG child.We can't blame them for their remarkable knowledge level ,People who have voted for them have to be appreciated. Students will follow the character of the teacher. Children will follow the character of parents. Employee will follow the character of their first boss. If the citizens of India follow the discipline set by our parliamentarians ,then our country will be worser than Somalia.
