Can there be no permanent solution to stop RS Members from behaving like Derek?

Very sorry to watch the unruly behaviour of the member who is arrogant enough to call the PM in unruly manner. It seems such members with such arrogant behaviour are not even eligible to participate in selling vegetables in vegetable market. People must be ashamed of watching the people in parliament behaving disgustingly. Such people must not only be suspended from participating in the discussion but must be terminated from contesting in any elections.

This guy O'Brien was once the anchor of Bournvita Quiz and was revered and now after joining the TMC he has shown his true color, how disgustingly disruptive he is, he has no discipline on his speech "he is saying to our honourable PM ...how the hell....bla bla bla" and media houses are showing them in channels then also he is allowed a seat, how terrible this is, why isn't he brought to justice...he should be condemned to the fullest extent and should be stripped off his tag at least in PARL.... Adding to that....I have seen him in streets of Kolkata eating cakes and not even throwing the paper plate to the bin, I have seen it with my own eyes in Mandeville Gardens, South Kolkata nearby maybe he used to live then..
