Second, if you check all the laymen jobs women %age is more than 40%. Now the reasons why men want to keep on the jobs which control the resources by saying (I've experienced first hand) 1. Even after having better education and similar achievements male counter part got better raise and position, With the reason- u r unmarried you don't have that much of financial responsibility. 2. At home please come on time (with real worry but) for my safety. While male counter part can give more hours. 3. In-Laws (with good intention towards my kid) - career is not more important than kid. But if I spend money for even reasonable things. Where does she spend all the money with my son's credit card? Due to lack of respect and less sensitivity towards equal work, society is forcing women to go down western ways of fighting for equality. And I am telling you it is dangerous, it will collapse the whole system. Either start respecting women's contribution to society or if you will keep valuing the contributions on the scale of money then collapse is inevitable.

Yet the Prime Minister takes over the inauguration and takes over all the limelight - rather than deferring to her. This was an insult to women.
