Franky’s number 2 right under Vegapunk. Science with prep time beats everything in the verse, and we see Vegapunk actually affecting the world on a global scale, countering and manipulating devil fruits, creating new life, etc. Anyone can throw a punch, but I’d like to see anyone else on this top 30 list do anything like that.

I don’t understand why people think many people think king can be hurt. As long as you figure out his durability goes down with flame off . King durability is weakens then queens with flame off east.

Reach on your 30 strongest marine list you say if you get 1,500 likes you would do top ten marines you get it so where is this list,also the ranking is Kong,garp,akainu,sengoku,fugitora,aokiji,kizaru,ryokuguo,tsuru,bogard also I have garp above sengoku but I do no know why garp I'd higher maybe you can tell me .

Being illiterate is a new trend in One Piece I guess. Shanks is stated in his own databook that he is no longer as powerful as Mihawk, and you put him above Mihawk. Complete fools.
