There were arc remakes for East Blue, Drum Island, Alabasta, and Skypeia (4 first main arcs) in the form of movies to hopefully appeal to more people because of its faster pace and better animation. He is using the movies for high quality clips for the video. Hope that helps :)

One piece be like : 1) first 100 from beginning to drum island ; the reason I liked this anime and really begin to get entertained, arcs are small and small which will be really great for later on. 2) Early Era from Arabasta to Marine war, here when arcs really begin to be one piece we know from 60-100 episodes, it's a bit stretched from here and finals always dragged until finally luffy hit his final hit, but still have some taste. 3) New Era whan all crew trained and begins the fishman arc , even having lots of good stories but it gets repeated million times long dragged fights, I always from this arc every final I see just get overwhelmed and either stopped watching it for months or continue every arc from here will surpass 100 episodes especially wano nearly 200 episodes, first two parts have the most arcs when final have half episodes but lot lot lower arcs.
