·Smoking: Smoking can worsen period pain due to its effects on blood flow and circulation.
Therefore it is important to make positive lifestyle changes such as regular exercise, healthy diet, stress management, adequate sleep, and avoiding smoking can help alleviate period pain.

I am not a doctor but its a advice for all the struggling girls and women: sit in this position 🧘♀️ and put a hot water bottle on your paining region.... If it helps you than please tell me it will make me smile ..☺️
For all of you on here with bad period cramps please please please try this!! Eat Brazil nuts or something high in magnesium every day. Make sure when you’re a week away from your period that you take in more magnesium. It helped me so but I cried because I wish I would’ve known sooner. You can take magnesium supplements but I prefer to eat foods high in magnesium instead. Also if you eat Brazil nuts ( or whatever it is if your choice that’s has a lot of magnesium) eat them before bed it helps you sleep. Magnesium relaxes your muscles. To second the supplement idea, I found taking zinc within a few days (maybe week, to be safe) before my period to help a ton!! I haven’t been good about it lately and I’m back to excruciating cramps 😩
I have found that drinking warm liquids helps as well even warm water. I know people in Asia drink warm liquids especially during their period and it actually does help.
The yoga poses really helped but I’m about ready to cry 😢😖😫

I was rolling badly walking sleeping trying to pass the time but it was passing by seconds not even by minutes saw this video and got relaxation ❤ the magic happened honestly now the pain left is 0.0009%
The breathing exercise helped me, I felt the pain decreased from 10 to 7, and then I tried the supta bhadrasana position and I felt the pain is gonee. My wife has irregular periods where she can go 1-2 months without it, but when she gets it, it hits like a truck. She woke up this morning at 4AM and was crying in pain. While I had her take meds, I looked for home relief online and found this video. I did a makeshift hot water bottle with a wet rag + ziplock bag and heated in the microwave for a minute. Placed it on her lower abdomen and did the leg poses. Mr wife is now sleeping after being awake for two hours and it's because of this video. Thank you so much.

I have been taking medicines like ibuprofen for my extremely painful cramps but i don't want to depend on that anymore
I got a THC cream that helps SOOO MUCH! I got mine from a local farm.. if y’all can find something like this I would 100% recommend. My pain is usually absolutely terrible and I can feel cramps down my legs often causing me to vomit. Not going to lie to you, It doesn’t take my pain away completely but by about 80%. Ibuprofen+ thc cream is the ultimate relief, and works 100% for me.
