Also most people who have this condition have a deficiency of vitamin D vitamin C and vitamin B12 is a big one. Be sure to get some nutritional yeast

I really believe these parasites use people to communicate and encourage others around them to do behaviors to benefit the parasite population. I certainly believe yeast will just feed the demodex. If we know that everything we eat secretes itself through the skin just like everything we put on top of the skin is eaten by the skin… therefore yeast in my understanding will just feed the parasite. Yeast is a single-celled, living microorganism that is a member of the fungus kingdom. I believe all these microbials live within an ecosystem helping eachother to exist & build s larger society inside the hosts of its universe.

Also garlic oil will help with the Candida. I mean taken internally or apple cider vinegar

Yes acv is great but when you take things to attempt to destroy the living organism population inside of you it creates a hijacking of the brain and central nervous system & makes you crave what will keep it alive. It created a hormone profile that gets you “high” from eating foods and there is s severe withdrawal that happens when intentionally removing the habitual eating. This can include depression and irritability. These microbial are intelligent and seek to use the host to do its bidding… which is the will to live expand its population.

Yes you are right about the immunity dropping. But also those nutritional deficiencies I talked about you should really make sure you have enough vitamin B12 in your system. Also be using witch hazel and salicylic acid you can buy the toner for less than $3 that helps with the candida overgrowth use it all over even on your privates

Sometimes, I get these flareups where my skin looks inflamed, a lot more irritated than usual, internally hot, there’s a stinging and tingling feeling, and most notably an extreme level of sebum is produced. The high level of sebum produced is very unusual for me, because my skin is normally dry or normal when it comes to oiliness. I don’t typically have oily skin. However, when these flare-ups happen, my skin starts producing an excessive amount of oil to the point where I can dab it off with a napkin, and just briefly touching my face will get oil on my hands. I thought the excessive oil was being produced because maybe my skin was too dry and irritated, so I tried to deal with it by drinking more water, but now I’m not sure if that was the cause. It didn’t seem like my skin was that dry to begin with, but rather irritated, which made it feel extra tight & uncomfortable. Could these issues be caused by Demodex?

Demodex causes a plethora of skin issues, including the symptom you listed! I would get tested to check for high Demodex prevalence!

Can Demodex mites cause sensitivity to skincare products? I have had bad luck with nearly all skincare products I’ve tried. My skin reacts badly to them. I cannot for the life of me find a moisturizer that my skin will accept, even though I’ve tried moisturizers advertised for sensitive skin. Even if my skin is very dry, it will still react badly if I apply a moisturizer to it to treat the dryness.

Hi! I would definitely say yes, since Demodex causes skin sensitivity and it may start reacting to regular skincare products.

The sensitivity to touch is something I’ve been experiencing, and I thought it was strange because I couldn’t find any information on it. The sensitivity that I’m feeling is that when I touch my skin, my skin feels wounded. I don’t know how to describe it, but it kind of feels like a bruise or some type of wounding, even though I don’t have any visible bruises or wounds. It is a mild sensation, but it is noticeable. Also, the skin on my face feels odd when I try to move it. It feels like my skin is tight. It also feels like the affected skin is lacking sensation when I move it, kinda reminding me of the feeling when I have touched poison ivy in the past, where the skin kind of feels numbed out. Is this a known symptom caused by Demodex?

Would drinking the mushroom coffee, instead of coffee, help the gut and thus lessen the demodex?

Hi! As long as the mushroom coffee doesn't contain coffee, then it should be fine. I know most brands do still contain coffee in addition to the mushroom.

If you vape and get hot stinging breakouts, then this is the culprit.
