@@guyheck9225 Forget the technical aspect and focus on the soul. "Comfortably Numb" has more feeling in the music than the next ten thousand combined. I'm a very technical, analytical person, and sometimes it's hard to just feel. No charts. No graphs. No flowcharts. Just allow yourself to float or sink. Get lost in the music and become a part of it. Trust me, friend, it's worth it. When you let a song utterly break you but immediately rebuild you, you'll know. And you'll thank me.

I don't think there's ever going to be a guitarist that plays as soulfully as Gilmore. Dude is such a genius, and Sophie totally nailed it.

'On the turning away' is a truly amazing solo and one I'm sure you could do justice to given your talents as a guitarist.

Sophie...hello...in one way or another I have been involved in and around music my entire life. I rarely credit those who try to achieve the miracles done by the original artists. I get down on my knees and give you all the respect and credit for doing the near impossible. You are truly gifted. Your making the world remember REAL ROCK from long ago. Thank you for that.... INCREDIBLE!!!!!

So melodic. Gilmour was a genius who created with such emotion. Nice job. Nice jewelry too.

I love these solos, they're classics. Especially the one from Time, which is sensational, but I think Pink Floyd is not just about: Another Brick In The Wall, Wish You Were Here, Comfortambly Numb, Shine On You Crazy Diamond, Time among others. In my opinion, there are Pink Floyd solos even superior to these as in the songs: Maroneed, Echoes, The Gold It's In The.., Dogs, Young Lust, The Final Cut, Not Now John, On The Turning Away, Sorrow, High Hopes , Poles Apart, A great Day From Freedom, Coming Back To Life, Lost For Words, Louder Than Words, Is There Anybody Out There. I mentioned some songs that people don't usually ask for so much, but should.

You're amazing guitarist at your age, and I have so many people I share not only your work with that you can do anything you want with the passion you show for your artistic talent. Thank you so much. I enjoy listening to you everyday, and again I share this with everyone that needs someone one believe in that anything is possible with hard work. WOW! Never heard anyone play Floyd "right". Just AMAZING how SPOT-ON the sound is. She's so good she could actually stand-in & play with the band, and nobody would know it wasn't Floyd. Oh, by the way, WHICH ONE'S PINK?

Ooooooooohhh finally someone who's doing THE bendings as they have to be done! Precision and pitch are really really a joy to listen... David Gilmour's licks and music taste are one of the most difficult things to imitate for a guitarist. And, compared to some of your colleagues, there's a good amount of feeling and involvement in the solos you're playing which is essential to play music! BRAVO Sophie!!!👏👏👏

I've been a blues / blues rock fan for most of my life. The way guitar blues connect with my emotions is what drives that. The really cool thing about watching Sophie play is I can tell by her facial expressions that she is "feeling" the music in a very similar way to what I feel when listening to blues. Just too cool.

Amazing tone and playing on these. Always a pleasure to hear you on guitar.

Sophie, your guitar tones are spot-on, really beautiful; also, your intonation for bends is just perfect, you have a great ear. A LOT of people either over-bend or under-bend, especially on stuff that has a lot of expressive feel to it like the Floyd stuff.

outstanding! One solo that I love is from the Pink Floyd song "On the Turning Away". I saw the tribute band BritFloyd do this in The Los Angeles Area and it was awesome.

Three amazing solos. This artist really has an amazingly solid feel for playing Gilmour, and that is literally the the highest praise I can give. However, one of those three have to give for Comfortably Numb. That one was masterfully done. Up to me I would bump Another Brick in the Wall.
