Top 3 Good Morning Exercises | How To Perform Them

Спорт

The good morning exercise is a must for any workout routine. Today I will go over my three favorite ways to perform the good morning with the help from my good friend Dave Tate.
The good-morning is a weight training exercise. It is known as a good morning because of the movement in the erector spinae which resembles the rise out of bed to stretch.

I avoid doing good mornings as I'm afraid my technique isn't correct and I was using a straight bar, which bothers my shoulders (long standing injuries) so thanks to Dave and John for showing proper technique and having a band variation. Alexander, I don't know how you do it but you seem to get better and better so keep up the great work!

Bit seriously making muscle gains like never before and I'm 270ish I ain't now 190 pounds. I been at this for a long time. It works people!

Hey everybody, good morning. John was curious if there are any photos of you prior to Haystrol. I saw one of your videos talking about this huge weight you were lifting natural. Just wandering what that looks like. A regular guy looking to stay in shape isn't going to jump into that stuff, so I gotta have realistic goals for strength and appearance. Not trying to take anything off that hard work you guys put in, Just curious. Thanks. Also, I know Jeff is in crazy good shape, I don't know if he is squatting 500 or whatever giant number you were doing. I am still under 300, so he has me beat for sure. 😆

Jesus is the only way to be saved, be baptized if you have faith in Jesus then you will live life with him as your example. If you need prayer i'll pray for you.
