TESTIMONIALS
‘Started hitting the moves laid out in these courses the very next class...extremely uplifting to have such a quick improvement in my game’ - Houston, TX
‘I’m the only white belt in the academy doing these moves…I’m suddenly competing at a blue belt and above level…thanks Coach Tom’ - LA, California
‘Some of the best strategies you are going to see for control and submission’ - London, UK
‘The detailed way Prof Tom breaks down his moves into the absolute essentials is just next level for me. This is absolute gold‘ - Sydney, Australia
‘Most of the guys at my Academy, have about 60lbs on me, but since purchasing your ‘Kimura Attack system’ and ’14 days’ everything has changed. I feel much more confident, roll better and the guys on the mat have commented on the same. Thanks, Coach Tom’ - Dallas, TX
‘I know you have your names for your courses, but I’ve renamed them the ‘Zero to hero’ courses, I went from getting constantly owned, to now being completely dominant on the mat in no time at all’ - San Diego, California
‘I use the course material heaps, and just recently put it into action at a local comp, walked away with double gold. No one was more surprised than me! - Miami, Florida
‘As a new white belt, these classes have helped me so much, Prof Tom’s technique, the details, and his attitude. I love how Prof. Tom shows the ‘mistakes people make’ and then shows the correct way of doing things. The only one I have ever seen do this’ - New York, New York
Great videos, great instruction. I just watch them for hours…Melbourne, Australia
‘The instructional saved me big time at a recent comp, my opponent was def more experienced, but that was ok, coz I had Prof Tom’s video in my brain. Nailed it and scored gold’ - Colorado, Denver
‘All of it. Everything you show in your awesome videos are now my ‘go to techniques’. Thanks for your vids Prof, Tom’ - Houston, TX

Escaping into half guard is like going for the base hit rather than the home run. I love it.

I'd love to see a video like this but that is 3 or 5 escapes from each position. You could do several videos and make a hole escape series out of it. Keep it up!

Just spitballing ideas but a video over the most high percentage submissions in BJJ would be cool too!

Agreed. however, professor tom should compile an instructional with this and sell it. His knowledge is too good not to be paid for something so in depth

Hi coach Tom. I've been using that side control escape for a while now with good success. One of my issues is against higher belts I find they pinch that arm going under with their thighs then it's stuck. Is there any way around this or am I doing something a bit wrong? As I'm typing I'm wondering if I'm reaching too far for the ankle instead of going by the knee.

Higher belts should make your Jiu Jitsu fail but keep repping and solve those problems with an analytical mind! TD

Yo coach Tom great stuff quick question though. I was playing closed guard today and I got an overhook and threw up a triangle and got it. We rolled again and I noticed my legs fatigued quickly and my opponent began to like slip out of my grasp and posture up. I tried a hip bump triangle right when he postured but since my legs were so tired I let it go and recovered guard. Then I got my feet on his hips with an overhook but time ran out. My question is basically is there a way that I don't gas out my legs in closed guard? I'm not squeezing super hard. My opponent also sometimes likes grinds my thighs with his elbows so that kinda adds to my leg fatigue. I try to kinda like cup his elbows and do a crunch and pull my knees to my chest. Also I'm sometimes having trouble sometimes when my opponent frames on me and slips his head out. I try to time a hip bump as I said, or I try to do a crunch and pull my knees to my chest. But it's just so frustrating when they slip their head out. What do you suggest I do to prevent that?. Sorry I know this is a lot to ask.

Would suggest perhaps training legs with some squats etc and just practicing that squeeze!
