TESTIMONIALS
‘Started hitting the moves laid out in these courses the very next class...extremely uplifting to have such a quick improvement in my game’ - Houston, TX
‘I’m the only white belt in the academy doing these moves…I’m suddenly competing at a blue belt and above level…thanks Coach Tom’ - LA, California
‘Some of the best strategies you are going to see for control and submission’ - London, UK
‘The detailed way Prof Tom breaks down his moves into the absolute essentials is just next level for me. This is absolute gold‘ - Sydney, Australia
‘Most of the guys at my Academy, have about 60lbs on me, but since purchasing your ‘Kimura Attack system’ and ’14 days’ everything has changed. I feel much more confident, roll better and the guys on the mat have commented on the same. Thanks, Coach Tom’ - Dallas, TX
‘I know you have your names for your courses, but I’ve renamed them the ‘Zero to hero’ courses, I went from getting constantly owned, to now being completely dominant on the mat in no time at all’ - San Diego, California
‘I use the course material heaps, and just recently put it into action at a local comp, walked away with double gold. No one was more surprised than me! - Miami, Florida
‘As a new white belt, these classes have helped me so much, Prof Tom’s technique, the details, and his attitude. I love how Prof. Tom shows the ‘mistakes people make’ and then shows the correct way of doing things. The only one I have ever seen do this’ - New York, New York
Great videos, great instruction. I just watch them for hours…Melbourne, Australia
‘The instructional saved me big time at a recent comp, my opponent was def more experienced, but that was ok, coz I had Prof Tom’s video in my brain. Nailed it and scored gold’ - Colorado, Denver
‘All of it. Everything you show in your awesome videos are now my ‘go to techniques’. Thanks for your vids Prof, Tom’ - Houston, TX

I'm two months post surgery for a distal tear of the left bicep and I've gone to the gym on my regular schedule (four days per week) throughout my recovery just to watch the drills and a couple rounds of rolling. I've spent my time off the mats doing core and leg strengthening, spinning on a stationary bike, and stretching to keep my body in as good of condition as possible in this situation. My current goal is to get back on the mats this month to warm-up and do the drills for a few weeks before rolling again. Injuries are not fun and as you get older it takes longer for your body to recover. Warming up and stretching daily will reduce the risk, but won't eliminate it.

Hardly anyone does proper warm-up because eats up class time. You really gotta arrive 30 mins early to do your own warm-up

Great advice. Being 51 years old I've learned I need more recovery time than younger people and therefore more time between heavy trainings/ Definitely stretching but also icing helps after a heavy training!!!

You'll get back there Kattie, August snapped fingers while rolling got some plates installed and now I'm back, easing into to being smart as I'm the only female in the gym 😆. Keep doing something because I know the time off the mats kills. Study, eat good, keep moving but do allow that recovery for your hand. Hoping you smash recovery and therapy with ease and get back rolling. ✌

@@domt8848 Thanks for the kind words!! I’ve been training around it as much as I can to stay fit (physically and mentally). It has helped me to work on other aspects that needed improvement. It’s been hard but the support of my coaches and people at the gym have eased my recovery.

Rollin in the old 510, love it! Whats under the hood, almost sounds blown? And great advice, I've been off the mats for a couple weeks now, dealing with the FOMO is rough, but leads to even greater injuries.
