As Utahns, my wife and I could have gone to BYU if we wanted to, but it didn't have the best programs for what we were majoring in, which were better at Utah State University. We also have a fantastic Institute of Religion that is practically on campus.

This is an informative video. I am a non-traditional student about to start at the University of Oregon but am unable to attend Institute due to my age. So I have been thinking about transferring to BYU Provo for next fall. Your video makes me more interested. Hopefully, I can be accepted!

I want to attend BYU when I am older with my friend that was born in Provo but we both live and Georgia and I want to know if it’s hard to get in?

This is a very cool video. Do you have any advice on how to get into BYU? Are there certain classes, clubs or activities that would help increase the chances of getting in?

Thanks! Hmmm.. a good gpa seems to help, being an active member of The Church probably doesn't hurt, being involved in wholesome community/recreational activities probably doesn't hurt either. Good question- I think we'd have to probably talk with an admissions person at BYU to know specifically what criteria they look at.

Does the Honor Code allow for students of the same sex to date as long as they follow the same guidelines as the heterosexual students?

BYU is a great school but I can't go there because I'm not smart enough to go there.

Having particular standards isn't the same thing as having high standards.
