the your mum joke was a dig at jimmy because that is frequent joke jimmy makes. The greatest part is where Jimmy thought he had a way out by saying the teacher wouldn't be back because he was dead and Richard immeadiately asks if his mum killed him

The fact that the “white chicks” monologue from 8 out of 10 cats does countdown being absent let alone number 1 is criminal; it’s just EXACTLY what phenomenal comedy should always be and it’s the best mascot alongside Sean Lock’s “Cat Who Went For A Pint” book- also can we pls get a Top 20 Sean Lock moments although choosing just 20 would be so hard🤣😅

Cold water in the shower/taps doesn't come from the cold-water storage tank in the loft. Man's a comedy genius but he knows bugger all about domestic plumbing.

best part of that was not included here. Richard says it's hard to find a plumber you can trust. One of the other guests says to get a Welsh plumber. Richard instantly responds with But I live in London.

The thing that y'all don't understand about guns in the US is that our nation came to be, thanks to ordinary citizens with guns rebelling against the British. We did not have a professional army at the time because we weren't a country at all. In order to become one, we HAD to rely on ourselves to organize, be armed and fight back. Unfortunately, that historical fact has been perverted in the past 50 years or so as the more uneducated and delusional residents of the US have framed in their minds that civilians still need assault weapons in their homes. As I used to live in some of the more rural areas of the United States, I do see the need for rifles for hunting (humans are essentially the only predators of deer in the wild these days, and overpopulation of deer would lead to them starving to death) and in some cases, self defense (it can take 30 minutes or longer for a sheriff to be able to get to some places in very rural areas), but the fact that so many people don't respect the power of firearms and act accordingly is disturbing in the US. Sadly, there are other policies that our government supports that in some situations justifies the need for citizens to own firearms. A lot of them have caused the disenfranchisement of marginalized communities, especially the Black and Latinx communities that have trapped them in a cycle of poverty that is almost impossible to get out of. That has caused increased increased instances of theft, and drug-related crimes, which have then led to more murders and other violent crimes. This has only increased the demand for guns on both sides of the equation. Honestly, the US is becoming a more horrible place to live as time marches on. The privileged few are hoarding most of the wealth while the rest of us have to settle for scraps, our healthcare and educational systems are imploding, there's a disproportionate share of Black men in prison due to unfair policies regarding drugs, welfare, education and healthcare, it pains me to see this happening. The fact that we have a gun issue in the US is a lot more nuanced than outsiders think it is, and it's all due to a privileged few that do what they can to keep those that they view as inferior from having any sort of opportunities for a better quality of life by legitimate means.
