Jude and Zero definitely made my top 10 fave male gay couples on tv, they were around the first few I met too

Brian and Justin are my favorite couple of all time, always and forever. They should be much higher on the list.

I knew Malec would be in top spot. They’re the embodiment of “relationship goal”. ❤️💖❤️ I would’ve loved to see some honorable mentions as well - T.K. and Carlos from 9-1-1 Lone Star, for one, are looking like they’re set to become the next Malec.

Malec is gold, especially that first kiss. Lydia handled it with real class. But I'm surprised Patrick and rose didn't get a higher place.

Ian & Mickey the best 😍

I feel like Kevin & Scotty from "Brothers & Sisters" should've been on this list. Particularly since their wedding was the first wedding of two series regulars on network television.

IKR they should have been low on the list especially when they are such much better than Blaine and Kurt as a couple

There are four from this list that I absolutely love. One is Alec and Magnus, who are absolutely adorable together (and even better in the books) and they honestly complete each other. Second is Isak and Even, who actually made me cry bc of how they dealt with Even’s bipolar disorder so beautifully and how they worked through Isak coming to terms with being gay. Third is Sam and Grizz (and I am still mad they cancelled that show) especially bc I love it when there is deaf representation in tv (I’m deaf so it’s really amazing to see deafness be represented) and Grizz actually going so far as to learn sign language on his own was so sweet. And fourth would have to be Philip and Lukas (and I was so mad they cancelled this show bc they were just getting into the story). Philip and Lukas’ relationship was one that I really wanted to see more of.

Cam & Mitch and Ian & Mickey are my favorite gay male tv couples of all time 🏳️‍🌈

So happy to see Patrick and Kevin, Connor and Oliver, David and Patrick, Mason and Corey, and Ian and Mickey on this list, but disappointed not to see T.K and Carlos from 9-1-1: Lone Star. They deserve a spot on this list.

I would of chosen Patrick and Richie over Patrick and Kevin but I do agree that it is more dangerous and interesting

Stewart and Freddie from "Vicious" (2014-2015), were an amazing couple, as the chemistry between Ian McKellen and Derek Jacobi was incredible. Their characters start out as life partners who have been together for 50 years, being mean and affectionate to each other in equal measure, yet without their strong love for each other the two couldn't have made it through so many disappointments, worries, and formidable obstacles that would have broken any relationship and their story ends both on the happy note of their being married and the fact that they have their first Christmas together as husbands.

May be too late for the feedback to the list. But may I present you TK and Carlos (aka Tarlos) from 9-1-1: Lone Star and Ben and Callum (aka Ballum) from Eastenders. And also Ian and Mickey (Gallavich) is and always will be in the top of my list.

Too bad there were no honorable mentions, such as Deran Cody and his boyfriend Adrian, with their tumultuous and ultimately loving relationship. (Animal Kingdom). I also would've loved to see an older pairing such as Captain Jack Harkness and Ianto Jones from Torchwood.

I'm glad to see them on the list, although I think that if the series had been longer, Isak and Even could take the first place without problems...

My favourite gay male TV couple is definitely Hugh Culber and Paul Stamets on "Star Trek: Discovery". Right from the beginning, they've meant so much to me, as both a lifelong Trekkie and gay man myself. They're not the stereotypical OTT gay couple who are camp and always having sex. Their relationship is treated just like any other relationship, with tenderness, warmth and genuine caring for each other. On top of that, they're both played by actual gay men themselves, the real-life icons that are Anthony Rapp and Wilson Cruz. They never cease to be inspirational to me, on and off screen.
