If you research into it their adopted son actually hurt one of the other little ones so badly it became an issue of safety for all kids involved but it is easier to say they just suck. I have met plenty of bio parents where the violence and detachment, things they kept from this family prior to the adoption, which can put the family in series danger especially other children. I’m sorry but finding a family who can devote ALL of their time to help pax grow and hopefully learn to channel that violent tendencies and help him hopefully get to a point where he can channel that anger caused by detachment trauma from birth. These kids get bigger then what? You want to wait until he actually kills one of his adopted siblings? The type of people giving them hell are the same ones who will cry saying they never saw it coming when the child isn’t able to cope with not getting enough attention according to what that child believes they should receive. There will never be enough attention and trauma caused by early detachment issues isn’t like breaking them of stealing an extra cookie or a toy from their sibling. It is an extremely series and sometimes very dangerous mental illness. I would much rather see then get him the help he needs and swallow their ego and love for him and allow him the best possible life he can possibly have. Having that many children, mind you none of which are unhealthy, unhappy or out of control, is extremely difficult then add some very serious mental and medical needs that go beyond any add or adhd or medical complexities you can list. This is coming from a mom of an eighteen year old who has been medically fragile since birth. I would never trade her for the world but detachment disorders are an entirely different beast and cause severe and dangerous violent behavior. I hate when people tear them down for this one. It isn’t g the same as any other mental or physical illness that plague a child. This completely changed the way the brain develops and the lack even the ability to know right from wrong and can and have killed siblings, attacked parents who have taken them in and lack remorse or understanding what it means to hurt others. They need specialized homes where trained adults can help get them to a place that can function in society but even then it is difficult and sometimes impossible to get them there. Many serial killers show the same damage to their brains as those suffering early childhood detachment disorder

Good luck getting people to agree on what that even means. People get praised all the time for supporting causes that are supposed to be worth wild but literally made the very problems they were supposed to address infinately worse. While people who did make a true difference get demonized for it by groups who oppose them or their cause on idological grounds. We live in age when activists claiming to be combating racism are knowingly and intentionally destroying statues of abolishonists. Let that sink in for a bit. The world is upside down brother. We're not allowed to have heros. One tiny character flaw real or imagined now outweighs any possible good someone could ever do.

Whilst the "movie rights" are with WB, she is part of its production as a Screenwriter and it'll only stay with WB under contract set with JK. The movie rights can be returned to her if the contract isn't renewed (similar to the James Bond movie franchise). Your "point" doesn't hold any weight as she still has a considerably large fanbase who continue to buy anything related to her work and give her money in the process. Make controversy a part of your personality, make offensive statements all the time, project your own faults on your criticizers until people are no longer shocked and they will commend you for being brave and outspoken. The worst thing is that alot of these accusers never get in trouble. They don't get charged, and get to walk away scott free. There are more families with black, white and hispanic members. It is common in many parts of the USA in spite of the segregation that exists simultaneously in some states. Do you think anyone in a family, if one of the parents is black should use derogatory language, I don't. Agreed. I feel like people are forgetting the initial definition of phobia = intense, intrusive fear and hatred. If someone does not have that, then they don't have a phobia. Instead, the terms are abused to guilt-trip people through accusations. I am skeptical when I witness anyone use these words since it can be used as a method to exploit. An unreasonable and uncalled for scandal. Someone can disagree without being prejudiced, you just need to disagree out of love and to the right audience, not out of contempt.

Yet utterly defend it to their core when something just as horrible is said about someone or something they dislike. Such as, say, the President of the United States. They draw a moral disinction where their is not one. No speech is free unless all speech is free. If you can be a selfrightous jerk and spout foul and offensive comments without it utterly destroying your life then so can other people. Especially commedians. If commedians lose the power to be able to offend without consequence then we as a society lose an important cultural safeguard we built in for ourselves. We need that critical lens looking back us calling us on our nonsense. Nothing, absolutely nothing, has done more to improve race relations than that. Richard Prior could not exist today. None of the great comedians could. And they more than anyone kept us all in check on all our B.S. Most notably racism. Thought police are not what we need. Cancel culture is litterally cancelling culture, and killing our liberty. Rosanne Barr is a perfect example. She told an off color joke. A racist joke. It flopped big time. But it was a joke. Comedians need that license. Comedians are allowed to be racist. BI have not heard a single black commedian who was not racist as hell. It is built into the genre to be allowed to go where no one else can. As a critque. No way does a bad inappropriate joke warrant stealing her entire lifes work from her. That is the unforgivable sin here.

I have worked in human services for almost 10 years and I have seen the toll it can take on an individual with developmental delays if they are not in a house that is fit to care for them. If they truly were not made aware of his disability or the challenges that adoption might entail, then they did a good thing by re-homing him with someone who could better care for that person. In my field we have a saying, "recognizing you are not the person to handle a situation isn't a sign of weakness, but a sign of strength." I don't have all the details, but at the end of the day, as long as that child ended up in a loving home, it is a win all around. Would you rather some parents totally unprepared and unaware how to handle the situation, try anyways and fail that could result in further cognitive decline?

@@shrikeofterven6006 That's why she keeps trying to defend her disgusting views over and over and over and over. If she was so secure, she wouldn't have joined "end cancel culture" campaign.

This is cancel culture done right, buddy. Do shitty things=lose your voice. It’s far easier to understand than your making it seem. The problem is that you want the freedom to be shitty to people with no social consequences.

@@dpax2195 it's a slippery slope. Sure some people deserve to be canceled, but the people on Twitter who get outraged and do the canceling don't know when to stop. So they start with the monsters who deserve it, then they move on to the smaller monsters who might deserve it, and eventually they run out of monsters and they're canceling innocent people for perfectly benign "transgressions." That's where our society is headed. Just look at what happened to JennaMarbles.
