The two lesbian weddings weren’t included because the dresses were famous but because they wanted lesbian weddings really. But there are some other cases were the dresses weren’t that famous like Miranda Kerr and Amal Clooney, but those dresses looked better.

Cameras and videos weren’t invented until decades later. There are paintings, but no footage of the ceremony - all the weddings in this list are from the 20th century or 21st century, and include film.

I read that Jackie wanted her wedding dress to be simple and elegant. The Kennedys, however wanted to see her in a traditional wedding gown. They won. Jackie had complained that the dress looked “like a lamp shade.”

Jackie Kennedy wore a truly awful gown, veil, and old lady hairstyle. Look again to see what I mean. She married Jack (bred, handsome, money (or gains that were hard to trace), but mostly so very sick who was marrying her pedigree. But she did have some Class under her layers of boring and course hair that blossomed when it had to.

Yes. I'll never forget when she arrived and moved it, but I thought, oh, she's gone completely traditional. Then she got out of the car! It was a totally glorious moment.

The best dress was Duchess Catherine Prince William's bride of UK. So modest & graceful! Becoming of a future queen.

Diana was too tall and her figure too suave and sophisticated for that frilly piece. I felt, but she learned to dress gorgeous and was a real style icon by the end of her life and wore many an evening gown much more gorgeous on her figure than that. She said herself if she had married at 25 when she was more mature, she would have never chosen that gown.
