I haven't been able to keep up to the zuchinni in the garden so I've started to just cube them up and air fry them with salt and pepper. U:LTRA easy, tasty, and it'll get ya caught up on garden produce.

Any recipe with zucchini in it is delicious.im going to give this a whirl with home grown zucchini 🥒🥒🥒🍅🍅🍆🍆🍆🥑🥑🥕🌶

I like cooked Angel Hair pasta or Fettuccine pasta with sauté sliced zucchini, mushrooms, Italian seasoning; shrimp and/or cubed chicken, mild ground sweet Italian sausage with Alfredo sauce and fresh Parmesan, parsley. Tastes like Olive Garden. No measuring just cook and throw together. Sometimes I make my own Alfredo sauce which is simple. Milk, butter,1 pkg.cream cheese and fresh Parmesan cooked on low medium heat until melted and hot. Less than 5 minutes.

Let me tell my own recipe that you'll love. Saute same amount of grated zucchini and carrot with 1 tbsp of olive oil. When ready add garlic,walnut ,mayo or sour cream, salt and pepper. Here we go easy and yummy. Never forget garlic.

I think I would like to try this…if I understand well…you first fry the vegetables with olive oil…when done you add the garlic, walnuts, sour cream, salt and pepper… And you eat it as a side just by scooping the mixture from the pan? Or do you make fritters? Have you ever added the mixture to an omelette?

Make sure you drain the excess water they didn't mention this in the recipes or your shit will probably be ruined just saying 😉

Nice recipes but the voice over is terrible. Honestly it scratched the core of my soul. Cringe.
