You must be confusing Akron's new stadium with the abandoned but still standing Rubber Bowl. Theres no way the new stadium is bottom ten.

Idaho State also plays in a dome. They never left the F.C.S. Their Dome is called Holt Arena,and seats 12,000, 2,000 less. State is in Pocatello. The rivalry match up between the schools will make the Kibbie Dome in Moscow dam loud.@@karlsauerwein5862

My late uncle played on that Vandy field in 1940-42, '46, graduating with engineering degree. He was recruited in Birmingham by a little known Vanderbilt assistant named Paul Bryant.

This dude needs to do some research before pressing send. Laughable you had Jones Stadium on a previous list. To be clear about Rice, the stadium was built to host a Super Bowl. There is minimum capacity to host. I'm not arguing it's too big for them but it wasn't built specifically for/by Rice.

Rice Stadium opened in 1950 years before the Super Bowl started but did host the 1974 Super Bowl between Miami and Minnesota. I lived in Houston that year and the game was blacked out in Houston due to NFL blackout rules.

You used the wrong stadium image for Louisiana and then added in the correct stadium. Clearly you realized the mistake, but just didn't care to make it right?

They did, they are currently trying to make a run for the Big Sky Championship in the FCS. Honestly nice turn around for the program, got some good new uniforms with a solid head coach, hit the transfer portal hard and got some good talent. Things are looking up for the vandals rn

Thank God (assuming I am allowed to say this on YT) that Moscow Idaho is nothing like the Communist Republic of California where the electrion rules are so rigged that a Republican can not win. It's so bad there that it's the primaries of the Democratic Communist Party that really determines the winners.

Ive been to Rice, it wasnt as bad as you say. Also they have cell towers on the top of the visiting side. I was following the World Series on my phone during breaks in the action. I did do a video of Rice Stadium last year on my channel.

These fields are the size of our student section lol. Nothing like the Big House! Not the loudest stadium because it's an underground dome shape but what a wonder to witness at night!!

Anytime a stadium has enough room to put a track around it, the seats (especially down low) are just way too far away from the edge of the field. And that curve in the track makes the first row about 45 years from the edge of the endzone. Trust me, I know after sitting in seats like that at Purdue. It sucks! That/s why we got rid of round cookie cutter stadiums in the MLB/NFL. The last one like that was in Oakland with it's famous Mount Al Davis which blocked a beautiful view of the SF Bay.

My alma mater hasn't had football long (Charlotte) so the initial stadium is just the lower 3 sided bowl 15,000 seats but extremely nice. The plans were just released for the expansion to 38,000 seats with an upper deck all around and large press box and suites. Looks to be a very nice stadium when completed. Stadium also has field turf, nice locker rooms, large weight rooms and other offices. Impressive complex. Now just get the team to play better. They're awful this year.

Perhaps it was too late to add to the list, but the University of Hawaii must currently have the absolute WORST stadium. We used to play in 50,000 seat Aloha Stadium, but that was condemned (by surprise) due to excessive rust. I mean c'mon...build a steel stadium on an island so close to the ocean (Pearl Harbor)? Anyway, they added some seats to their practice field on campus, the TC Ching Athletic Field, using portable stands. It seats just over 9000 people. There are plans to increase it to 17,000 next season, to be in line with the NCAA's Division 1 minimum of 15,000 seats. We received an exemption for this year since it was an "emergency." Visiting teams meet and change in the neighboring baseball stadium concourse. At least we got new turf!

Rice Stadium opened in 1950 to replace their existing 37,000 seat stadium that still has some of it standing and is used for track. The Super Bowl played there was 24 years later.

I have been to see a few football games at the Infocision Stadium at Akron U. and thought it was a modern, clean well kept place. Not a bad seat in the place either. Your way wrong on this on dude.

Akron will escape the bottom 10 FBS team rankings this fall with Joe Moorhead as coach. There's no way their new (2009) on-campus stadium is a bottom 10..

It is. It was built so cheap. So many corners were cut. Even the signage is held on by (No pun intended) zip ties! CHEAP! I miss The Rubber Bowl.

I don’t know how the Kansas Jayhawks memorial stadium is not on this list anywhere… they literally play in the big 12 and it looks worse than most high school stadiums. Kansas football is a disgrace to the big 12

@@Chiefsfansince-qb1kt yeah I pay alot of attention to college sports, college bball is my fav. I will say this, I’m not too crazy about KU’s basketball arena either. I’ve never been there but I’ve seen pictures and Google maps of it. But I do respect that venue because of the history behind it and I like the retro nature of the arena. It’s a step back in time. Same with Hinkle Fieldhouse that Butler plays at. The stadiums I have been to are the Chiefs and the Royals though. I randomly made a trip to KC once to take in a game. I love the Royals stadium, one of my favorites in MLB. And I have seen the Jayhawks play at the Longhorns several years back, lots of Jayhawks fans at the game in Austin but they lost that game. Sorry again but I’d put New Mexico States football stadium above KU. Now we lack everything in New Mexico, usually the worst and forgotten at a lot of things but we don’t have the worst football facilities, they are bad but there are other worst off.

1st how did u mass never make number 1? Bigger question is why u mass was not on the list at all? Next idaho are fcs not fbs. They are the only school that happily requested to moved down from fbs to fcs years ago. Ps as someone who has been to The Vandals dome. It is actually really nice when it comes down for the athletes an is actually pretty good size for being a fcs school for attendance. Dose it need a few update sure but not as bad as most of these other fields do.
