@@ryansmith1471 Word.exe isn't a normal file in your CS:GO game files. Besides that they caught him hacking, because the admin was checking his PC files and Forsaken tried to delete the 3 files listed in the video.

Why funny? It's quite obvious... That stuff wasn't developed for gaming, it's older...

I was playing Marvel vs Capcom 3 once when I had a power outage. Twenty minutes later when I got back on, I had 180 messages flaming me for "rage-quitting" even though I was 18-3 in that room before the blackout. This is one of the reasons I almost never game online. I've seen more civility in bar fights.

Once at school we had to take a maths exam on a computer without using any other equipment. What the teacher didn't realise is some of the computer keyboards had button call calculator that brings up the calculator & some where useing it & we all had to retake the exam on computers with keyboards that did not have that button. I can't remember if any standard buttons on a computer keyboard would bring up the calculator.

Takes a whole new perspective to the phrase "Just a game."

Maybe I missed something here (which is likely) but I have a question about #1. What's wrong with people wanting to split the prize money after the match? There were no rules against ARAM and neither team purposely threw the match as mentioned. So if one of the teams win the prize, isn't it kinda their decision on what to do with it after? Hell if anything, wouldn't it be a sign of no hard feelings? Like I said, I probably missed a detail about it, so feel free to inform.

as a person who was watching that live years ago, it was the end to a great tournament, and everyone was hyped for these 2 teams to play each other, and then we got an aram and basically goofing off when people wanted to see 2 great teams clashing it was extremely dissapointing tbh

No it shouldn't matter. Professional poker players often openly decide to split prize money, the casino even helps facilitate this. It doesn't affect them trying to win.

I remember watching #3 when it happened. The only reason AZF wasn't banned or the match replayed was due to it being so early in the game that it was determined to have had no impact on the outcome. If I remember correctly, TSM was going towards top lane with all five members of the team presumably to defend blue buff or maybe invade (I don't really remember team strats back then in competition). However the game had to be paused for some reason due to a technical error or something like that. While paused, TSM was near their top Inhibitor Turret of their own base. Then after a couple of minutes, the game started up again and almost immediately a ping was placed right on top of their location. Now what Azubu must have forgotten is that the giant screen in the middle of the teams is in Spectator mode meaning everyone watches and sees what BOTH teams are doing. If red team pings a location on the map then only red team and spectators can see it. So a big red PING came up for all to see in the audience and casters. It wasn't until after Azubu had won the set that they were called out for their cheat.

No, these are just the easiest to cheat and therefor the most prominent. How would you even cheat in a fighting game without it being obvious? (excluding match throws and player swaps which can happen in any game.)

I disagree with the ARAM one. There is nothing wrong with that. They wanted a fun finish. They still played their best and played fairly. They most likely agreed on the prize split because its ARAM and too much RNG can go against either side and thus make for a poor game. I kinda get why the fans might get upset. But I wouldn't get upset. Its still fair and they both did play fairly and tried their best.

They are all things well established in the field of professional sports. Just like sports players using enhancing drugs, Lance Armstrong etc. That is exactly what some of them are doing. Think of the Black Sox scandal and others in regards to throwing games. It's the same stuff. Also one of the definitions of professional simply means you get paid, and amateurs do not.
