ANYONE who is, close or far, interested by MJ, knows the Chandler affair was a lie (Jordan Chandler officially recognized after the death of MJ, that he has been pushed by his father to accuse Michael), the Arvizo affair is the same (there has been big investigations in Neverland and nothing, not a single clue has been found anywhere. The court cleared him of all the numerous charges brought against him because the investigation could not support any of them!) So let's clear this up for everyone

On the day "State of Shock" (the first single from the Jackson's "Victory" album) came out, a top radio station in L.A. played NOTHING BUT THAT SONG FOR 24 HOURS STRAIGHT. That's how big MJ was in '84 and how much people wanted new music from him after "Thriller."

The fact that Michael was a gifted songwriter and didn’t play piano,as most songwriters do, it another reason he’s exceptional.

I read recently in an old interview from the Jackson 5 that Michael was learning at the time to play piano so now I think he played piano. "Michael plays drums. He says he is learning piano too. "It's not hard. You just have to put your mind to what you doing. That's all there is to it." - Time magazine 1971

Bryan Loren is credited as the sole writer for "Do The Bartman," and the rumor was that he and Michael wrote it together (despite Michael not being listed as a writer). Bryan said in an interview a few years ago that the song was indeed solely penned by him, and that Michael did not contribute to the writing of the song. Take that for what it is.

  • @globalcitizenn

MJ produced the song tho. The Simpsons asked MJ to write it but he was busy.. so he let Bryan Loren write it. But it sold on MJ’s name coz the Simpsons wanted MJ. Like Virgil Abloh designing for Louis Vuitton. Bryan is Virgil, MJ is Vuitton. But Bryan does have sole songwriting credit and royalties. MJ didn’t take anything.
