    When I was a little kid, I curiously asked my mom what her least favorite tv show was, and she instantly answered with a sour look, "The View." 7yo me asked why but she just sighed and said that I'll understand once I'm older. I'm 24 now and I fully understand why my mom hates the show so much, lol

    The Jerry Springer Show was known for its many confrontations between guests. But if there's one confrontation that should be mentioned, it's the 1997 episode "Klanfrontation" in which members of the KKK and the Jewish Defense League engaged in an all-out brawl.

    Madonna built her entire career with publicity stunts involving her sex life but then goes for "I don't know why you are so interested in my sex life"? That is bizarre in so many levels!! I think Letterman was completely justified. Madonna's own sex life was constantly the centerpiece of her career. And she made sure that it always was. Of course an interviewer is going to ask her about it. Are you kidding me? Its like inviting Eddie Van Halen to an interview and he gets mad at the interviewer for asking about guitar solos..

When asked by Sally why she was going to marry him, the other girl said "so she can go on talk shows." They cut the fight, but you see the one who was slighted's hand going for the other girls face before the freeze frame.

    This actually was a great list. You had Letterman on the list a few times already so adding when Crispin Glover came on there high as hell or when Joquin Phoenix came on and acted high and said he was quitting show business (a stunt), might be too much. If you wanted to go way back to Johnny Carson you could do when Shelly Winters dumped a cocktail on Oliver Reed's head.

    This is a typical low IQ take from losers. You don't need a "medical diploma" to tell people not to do drugs. And I am fascinated that people still spew this nonsense after the medical industry had to do the biggest medical settlement in the history of US in regards to this very issue where they paid doctors to prescribe those kinds of drugs to people who did not need them.

    I’ve always liked the time that Oprah Winfrey brought James Frey back onto her show and questioned him about whether he embellished or flat out lied about parts of his memoir (this happened after she chose to endorse it and him as a selection for her Book Club, which increased his sales and gave him credibility). they didn’t get physical or bicker back and forth like most of these interviews, but she definitely made him feel two inches tall after she laid into him, and rightly so!

    I remember Madonna received a lot of flack for her appearance with Letterman but we need to talk about how he was being such a creep to her. He was gross and inappropriate. Madonna did a great job turning the table on him.
