There's a room on New Vegas that isn't supposed to be reached without no clip. However my dad being a mad genius decided to use 1 bullet to make a box of ammo. He stacked over 1000 boxes to make a staircase to the door and picked the door. It leads out to the developer grid.

2:40 you don't need no-clip for that - you can easily jump across. You also don't need no-clip to get through the wall - that "wall" is a door, you can just "use" it to open it. 2:50 you don't need to cheat to have a jetpack - there are legitimate ways to have one at that point.

I'm a bit late to this and it's probably been brought up, but in Fallout 4 there's a similar easter egg to the one in 3 where opening a door reveals a painting of a red smiling skull that says "You like nice today" (Or something like that). I don't know if it's also part of the easter egg but after opening the door a Sentry Bot shows up to kill you, or at least that's what happened to me.
