One topic that'd cool to cover in the next volume is lost media relating to the now-defunct Hub Network (2010-2014). Examples include previews of the channel that aired on Science Channel, Animal Planet, and TLC a week before it's launch and cancelled shows that never saw the light of day like Center of the Universe, KISS Hello Kitty, Harriet The Spy, Mindtrap, and Morbid Manor.

Here is one that is obscure due to it not taking off in America. Sega's Mushiking series was a competitor to Pokemon, instead of mythical beasts the game centers on real insects, mostly horned beetles. This arcade card game was popular in Japan and Malaysia, but there are several lost arcade games from Japan that didn't make the cut to the English market: Mushiking: PoPo's adventure This Particular entry is different from the others, at it incorporates RPG elements Not much footage of it exists besides a trailer for it Mushiking: Adder's Final (甲虫王者ムシキング アダー完結編) The Final chapter of the series, sadly it never got localized due to competition from Namco's Animal Kaiser, some gameplay footage of it does exist kzread.info/dash/bejne/ZpOHt5SqlMW1dKQ.html, kzread.info/dash/bejne/c5Nm29BqhdrFgNI.html, kzread.info/dash/bejne/ZKOrw8ylcqzbiNI.html, kzread.info/dash/bejne/aYaA1qygoK2Xipc.html Use footage from my channel for your video

As a person who watched every single Mr. Beast Worst Intros video back in the day, I can confirm he likely deleted them due to the edginess and jokes he made, obviously now his channel is more family friendly whilst back then he would make sex references ect. Something I find ironic is the amount of times he said "well im only doing this channel for money anyways" or something similar, considering now he spends all his time giving it away to anyone but himself. Edit: As for why they aren't uploaded, i can assume, mostly due to me finding an unlisted version of "WORST INTROS EVER" (a compilation of the best bits) and downloading it and trying to upload it only for some sort of claim to hit and remove it, that most videos likely have been downloaded but cant be uploaded on KZread because they'll get claimed.

HOLY!! I REMEMBER GAME LOUNGE!! That channel is so nostalgic for me. I’ll try to list some of the games I remember playing. I remember there was a Barbie Dress up game I played a lot, there was a samurai Jack game where he was in a maze and had to defeat a few enemies to move on to the next level. There was a jimmy neutron game where he could shoot enemies with a green plasma gun. I also remember playing a game with animals in tanks and you had to aim to hit your opponents. Like you said there was a time limit. After a certain amount of time the game asked you to pay real life money to continue playing. I didn’t think anyone remembered Game Lounge existing. I’m surprised I still remember it after so many years lol

The SB Game Builder & Movie Maker used to unironically be my favorite thing. I would come back from school and go onto the website and play that, CN's Courage the Cowardly Dogs games, and another flash game based on the Spongebob Valentine's episode that I don't remember much about except for the fact that it was difficult. And that footage of the DirectTV game channels totally unlocked an old memory in me. I remember playing the Bejewled game. I'm pretty sure it had been a free trial they were advertising.

A friend of mine found a way to download pvz online via the way back machine but from what ive heard, pvz social edition was a flash game and I dont know if it possible to download flash games let alone ones that are online/social games. Update: I watched a video ( kzread.info/dash/bejne/hZiXq5qfaaafXag.html ) about how to install flash games and it involved "inspecting" the webpage and searching for the . swf file for the game. I tried doing that both on pvz social edition's webpage and an archive of the webpage from when the game was most likely still active but I couldn't find it. I'm not good at programming or whatever so I likely missed a thing. Here's the link to the page for pvz social edition if you want it: apps.renren.com/pvzsocial

1:36 Holy Shit! I remember going to the Scott pilgrim character creator back when I was in middle school. Man I totally forgot about that website existed. I remember In my art class, when I wasn't doing sketches or art pieces, I would go on my computer and I would go onto that website creating my own character. I forgot when it was up but probably around 2012 or 13. But wow that segment of your video gave me a lot nostalgia for that website. Makes me sad how little attention Lego ever got with their MMOGs. Lego Universe was seriously good, with the amount of customization you had. Music was great, side missions were numerous, and the aesthetic was overall pleasant. Everything else they tried after that paled in comparison. Legends of Chima Online had decent customization, but the removed camera made the world seem less engaging. And then LMO only doubled down on that, had no custom characters, and the story campaign was more linear than ever.

It’s crazy that it feels like there’s way more lost media of the 2000s (my childhood) than other time periods. My 2 cents is that it’s not that there is more lost media but we had more access to preservation technologies to capture most of the lost media so we can objectively identify more lost media. Than like the 80s-90s where TV or website capturing tech was so scarce even identifying lost media relies on a lot of memory with very little footage.

I may have access to a dish network cable box with all the games. I remember playing Disney channel games and other regular games. Jake Dragon and Kim possible all had playable games. What these games were... I don’t remember. Snake and a version of space invaders was on it too. I could probably ask my friend for the cable box. It belonged to his grandmother and grandfather which died a while back. We only played it because there was no WiFi and our parents didn’t let us use their cell data. I remember majority of these weirdly enough. So I'll explain my memory from MY pov. I remember the MrBeast's worst intro series, actually that's how I heard of his channel and it was pretty good. I _think_ he private those videos because his current content was better. Actually, I used to play the Dish version of those games and that was way after 2011. It was about 2014-2015 which was the last game I remember playing on it before we got rid of cable for good. I don't remember any major licensed games at that time though so maybe those were the ones that expired in 2011. You could play those games without internet or paying for your cable btw. Up until a certain point I believe. I remember those CN bumpers, especially the cartoon crossover ones and the Noods. I only really remember the Noods during movies though. I remember the cartoon creator, didn't use it but I remember it. Same for the level creator, I was a fan of Fanboy and Chum Chum so I had fun with that. McPlay/McWorld is a blur. From what *I* remember you needed a code to gain access (like Webkinz) which you'd get with Happy Meals. I never cared to play but from what I remember from adverts it was similar to Club Nick (Nickelodeon's Web MMO) and Petpet Park.

the lego minifigures online is STILL downloadable and installable and you can run it .. when you do it takes you too the log in screen where that it .. its as far as you can currently get .. so if you got this game on steam you are able too get the files and browse them ... i think with a small patch or sorts this game could be revived .. even if it is just for coasting empty

Nickelodeon also had a massive MMO akin to club penguin or habbo. I don't remember many of the social aspects, but you could get coins thru games and spend those coins on furniture/outfits. I also remember Mcworld having a feature where you could enter in a code that came with a happy meal and you'd be able to get that same toy in game.

The DirectTV games, I totally forgot about those. I really liked this one called "Book Worm" or something like that.. All I remember is that the "mascot" of the game was a green worm in an apple, he might've had a graduation hat on, but I am unsure of the hat. I remember having to wait for certain times of the day to play it. All of this could be wrong, since I haven't seen it since I was a small child though,,,

4:23 YES. FINALLY SOMEONE TALKS ABOUT THESE GAMES Dish network had a lot of Disney games that could only be played with the TV remote. I used to play the Kim Possible 2D platformer a lot. You could abuse a free trial sort of by simply going to the channel where the games were hosted, i believe it was channel 100. Youd get a timed trial until you were asked to pay. Just leave the channel and then return to bypass the screenlock. No one recorded themselves playing these games so its hard to prove they exist. There was also some bubble shooter color matching game though I forget the specifics on that one. Never played the Zack and Cody games though

i don't know if these games are archived anywhere, but the online gaming site pogo.com used to have so many games that i used to play on there at least 10 years ago that have all since been retired from the site. the ones i remember the most were Stellar Sweeper, Lottso (the actual good one, not the shitty one on there now), Shuffle Bump, Pogo Bowl, Boardwalk Sea Ball, and Dice Derby

Both McWorld, and the Spongebob game Builder I've been looking for ages a way to play. I remember I found out what engine the game builder runs off of, which I think was called 2DBox. I have a folder somewhere on my PC that has some files of the game together, though nothing big.
