How noisy and congested is it when visiting or living in Rosemary Square City Place? How difficult are HOAs in the West Palm Beach neighborhoods as well as the condo boards in Rosemary etc., rising condo fees, insufficient reserve funds, insurance coverage problems, etc.?

Meloni, don't these great neighborhoods have street lights? The streets must be pitch dark at night....
