@@LivinginPalmBeachFlo I agree! You're welcome! I looked at the Avenir prices and they are at the top of my budget. What about the DiVosta developments in Central Palm Beach County near Wellington? What do you think of living near that area? I saw it is slightly cheaper (around $50k or so) than Avenir. I am aware, however, that these smaller developments in already developed areas have less amenities. Do you think the HOA will also be lower? Thank you very much.
@@GO5_X5_Guy I love Wellington, Loxahatchee, etc. there are so many great areas. If you want new but at a lower price have you considered Westlake? Lots of amenities and the brand new townhomes with garages are in the 400k range. I just helped my clients buy a new home in there. Plus you have to consider the homeowners insurance savings when buying a new home vs. existing homes. @@LivinginPalmBeachFlo Yes, I have considered Westlake. However, they are almost sold out, and I feel like they are too far west from everything else. I absolutely love Westlake. I found it to be a great value and it has tons of amenities and a very low HOA fee. We are looking for single-family homes, as we currently live in one and want to continue to be in a single-family residence. Thank you. We prefer Palm Beach County due to proximity to populated metro areas while still being less dense, but are open to Martin and St. Lucie counties.
@@GO5_X5_Guy Westlake won't be sold out for a long time but if they are too far west for you that makes sense. My team and I help people from Port St Lucie to Miami find awesome new homes, lots of great places to check out with tons of great amenities.

What do you mean by " Under Airconditioning"? I never heard any realtor says that.
@@eileenwatt8283 Under air refers to the useable space. I am working with a client now that needs over 5000 feet under air because she needs 2 live in nurses so things like the garages, patio, etc. are not things she is concerned about, she wants me to help her find 5000 sq ft + of livable space. Total Square Feet typically refers to the entire area of the home, including all interior spaces, such as living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, closets, hallways, etc. It represents the total footprint of the building itself. Under Air specifically refers to the area of the home that is air-conditioned or heated. It excludes spaces that are not climate-controlled, such as covered porches, balconies, and sometimes even certain enclosed but unconditioned areas like sunrooms or screened-in porches. @@LivinginPalmBeachFlo Thank you very much! I have been looking at many videos of Avenir since it’s basically the only large-scale development in SFL at the moment. From what I have seen, it looks wonderful. Do you expect the pricing of L’Ambiance to be similar or less expensive than Apex? At the moment, I am looking at Avondale since it is more affordable. Thank you very much and I will let you know if I have any questions. My family and I might move to Avenir in about two years or so. We are still looking though.
@@GO5_X5_Guy If I had to guess L’Ambiance will be less pricey than APEX but I will know for certain soon. Its just a guess but no one knows yet. I am in Avenir every week with clients helping them buy in there and navigating all the challenges that go into buying new construction. If you are buying brand new the build may take 12 + months so feel free to reach out when you are ready. Excellent video. Hiw do folks without cars evacuate fir hurricanes? How are condo owners handling issues of insurance and condo fees that are going through the roof? Not having a car i guess I'd be limited to the Rosemary Square area.....

You forgot to mention that all the roads in Loxahatchee and The Acreage are privately owned by the homeowners, so if you are expecting city style infrastructure move to the city

You forgot to mention the classholes and their lifted trucks that think the more they tailgate, suddenly the cars will part like the red sea and let them through. And the other thoughtless bozos that live here.
Don’t forget the toxic invasive pervasive bufo cane toads. They’ll kill your pets. Go away. You’re a liar and not talking about the real problems. Overdevelopmen.
Screw you. Loxahatchee is being ruined by overdevelopment closing us in, getting zoning for zero lot line homes, and horrendous traffic. Don’t freaking sell us out. You’re part of the problem.
That was supposed to say. NO PROPER PLAN FOR INFRASTRUCTURE...
You forgot to mention the gridlock traffic on all major roads leading out of Loxahatchee. With all the gated communities going in the surrounding are and proper infrastructure to handle the extra 10's of thousands of cars on the road. This will affect to next 15+ out here commuting. That is a least what I have experienced living here for the last 10 years. Just some food for thought.

Michael, Build time is approximately 14 to 18 months depending on the size of the home. Just let me know what you are looking for so I can get you realistic time frames based on what you want. Michael, they have a couple of options available to clients, if you would want to work with the in house interior design or not.
