To the ender pearl/portal trick at the end, you're likely unloading the chunks the pearl would fall in when you jump through the portal. If the chunks remained loaded somehow, it might work

Actually the end crystal myth doesn’t do damage to blocks below it because the obsidian takes in all the explosion damage if you spawn one using the /summon command it’ll do both upwards AND downward damage

The Ender Pearl throw before entering another dimension one does work, but not how you would think. Once you enter a dimension right after throwing a pearl, the pearl only teleports you back when you leave the dimension. Example: if you threw an ender pearl on to a platform but entered a dimension before it lands, once you came back to the overworld it would tp you to that platform you aimed at. This is a smart method of escape when running from someone, because when they exit the dimension they dont get teleported to where you threw the pearl, giving you a head start to run.

6:00 it actually would depend on what type of world it is, if it’s a single-player world, it wouldn’t work because the pearl would despawn, however if it’s a multiplayer server, it would probably work as long as someone is in the overworld (and has the chunks loaded) plz see if it’s different for survers
