Bruh i rewatched it twice in a row it really did touch my soul, i gave up on waiting for a 3rd season and started reading the manga it doesn't give the feels the anime does but it is pretty good since the show is not about just music, it's been 4 years now the anime stopped at airing at chapter 54 and now the manga is at 104 i really want to see it animated but i cannot be patient anymore.

Kono Oto Tomare, Sakamichi no Apollon, Nodame Cantabile and Shigatsu was Kimi no Uso have a special place in my heart amongst all the anime I have seen. Felt so many emotions experiencing each series for the 1st time. Carol and Tuesday stunned me by the quality of both the singing and contemporary original music ❤❤

Kono oto tomare is my favorite, I've seen the anime multiple times and I'm currently reading the manga.

Man I loved Sound Of Life, I literally just finished binge watching the first 2 seasons...

Kids on the Slope is so emotional and so good!!

Beck covered so many topics other than music the raw emotion and composition was beautiful like u could feel the emotion it was a beautiful experienced and I’m kind of unsatisfied of how it ended but with beautiful things it must come to an end

I love "Sound Of Life", especially the drama and music, along with beautiful story really makes a real hit in my head even now!!

Carole and Tuesday is my fav ❤️. The only music genre anime with English songs.

Kono oto tomare is one of the best musical anime that I have ever seen and read. Its definitely better than shigatsu wa kimi no uso. If you want an underdog story watch beck, but at this point its better to read it. Sakamichi no apollon is also a good anime if you love jazz this is the one. Junichi's rendition of But not for me is amazing. And if you're looking for a decent manga about music read Pppppp.

Nodame Cantabile, kono oto tomare , k'on, Nana, you're lie in April always have a special place in my heart ❤️

Imo Kono oto tomare is the best music anime on the list. Its the most underrated anime i've ever watched its on par with most popular anime.

I actually agree, for me personally I would rank it 3rd behind Your Lie in April and Beck. But I try to make my lists a bit more objective (using the anime ratings and scores and such)
