It would be helpful to list the games you've shown during the video in the description to allow people to find out more about them without having to rewind to find the cover.

Great !!! One of the best videos on board games. Very interesting and informative. I own 300 plus games but most of the games you shown were new to me. Thanks for the great video. (A board game enthusiast from India)

Another fantastic review, a lot of smaller games I wasn't familiar with but that seem quite cute.

In Marrakech the dice has his wee slippers on it I think :) I'd not heard of HeckMeck before, it looks like a lovely little game.

That’s right! It’s weird to think how recently that term caught on! :) Likewise in my tile-laying video from a few years ago, when no-one was talking about “Polyomino” games (although the word polyomino obviously existed). In that video I call them “Tessellation” games!

Thought I'd learn about Cube Quest from Tom Vassel (and he did love this game) but watched his review after I learned about it in this video. Looks like a fun game my kids will enjoy. Am thinking of getting a dexterity flicking game and I think this one fits the bill--plus Catacombs is OP.

Cube Quest is a very simple flicking game (and great fun). It's also worth looking at Ice Cool, which is great for kids too (and adults!). Flick-Em Up is great but has slightly greater complexity. Catacombs is the most complex of the bunch.

Yes, I did know about Ice Cool & Flick-Em Up (too expensive I think for how often we'd play it) and was considering Ice Cool and also Pitch Car (too expensive) but this Cube Quest is super short and a filler that I think would work. Thanks!

Space Aces TNG The New Guide uses only one D6 to generate a complete retro scifi solo RPG game experience. I can see how to make this game, the designer had to do wide research about scifi adventures to make the game as full of variety as it is. A simple dice game, but I consider it one of the best I have ever seen.

Depends how strict you are with the definition of dice I guess! I would say it has all the features of a dice game, except the dice themselves! 😂

Do you mean Formula D? It is Asmodee. The original edition was produced by a company ironically called "Eurogames" - ironic because this game could hardly be farther from what we tend to think of as a Eurogame.
