I vote for drugstore please don’t apologize when you forget a few bran, you have a larger collection. I dint pick up ghost town because of all my Sydney Grace single & pallets plus other brand. I’d love to know your thoughts on Ken goes town BDoo with Sydney Grace, single which by the way they’re $36 for 9 pan $52 for 25/16 pan pallets And right now mountain trail is marked down to $18. I know you’re a green lover.

Mountain Trail is a great colour story, but Maaike is not a fan of warm golds. For $18 it's a steal if it's your colour story as SG is great quality. And even better, the palette is magnetic, so you swap shades around.

I like the 50s look!

Haha, I'm here to tempt you more, Maaike 😅 I have recently got Sorcerous Smoke and WOW! Shimmers there are so twinkly, complex, and multidimensional while being softly smooth, not flaky at all. They are sparkly with millions of tiniest colorful diamons and same time wearable without "boom in you face" effect. Ofc my collection is smaller then yours, but this new Unearthy shimmer formula defo stands out for me 😍

You look very pretty with the look and coordinating dress and headband. The Rogue is so tempting... Surprsed not to see a Viseart or PMG (they are Indie, right?) Try miscelair water to remove the stains on your New Neutrals.

Thanks! I really liked how my look came together. I don't think of Viseart and PmG as indie. They could be, not sure. I have used micellar water on my palettes in the past and it usually makes and even bigger mess.

have you heard of emme cosmetics? It's decently popular in the indie makeup scene here in Canada, but i don't really ever hear anyone else talk about it. They mostly do singles like makeup geek back in the day. I would just enjoy seeing a CA brand get some love 🇨🇦

That old fall magic looks a lot like dragon eye from what's up beauty....don't you feel they give the same vibe? I would love to compare them

They are nothing alike. Dragon Eye has a 50/50 split between mattes and shimmers and every shimmer is a duo chrome or multichrome. The unearthly only has 2 true cool tones and no shimmers have a flip.

Hi Maaike some not unexpected favourites 😂. I might venture into indie brands this year. I have mostly what I want/need from eg ND or other more mainstream brands (still eyeing up a viseart quad 😂). I like colour but am not a glitter fan so I will try to pick carefully to get something I am really happy with. I like soft shades but also some bright shades to create a fun look for Summer. I don’t think the Raven’s castle is available anymore so I’m probably going to pick up the cosmic brushes palette with the greens and purples. Best wishes x
