    Powerful exercises for knee pain Sir, since from 10 days I was suffering from knee pain, regularly I am doing exercises, but it was of no use.     Bahut Accha video banaya hai apne. Mai physiotherapy kara rahi hoon kai salo se. Exercise to same hi hain ek, do ko chor kar. Par apka samjhane ka tarika bahut hi Accha hai.     I am 80. I am doing these 10 exercises. It is quite beneficial.I have a problem which is not yet cured, The problem is that when I try to unfold the bent leg, there is severe pain in the thigh muscles attach with the knee. Kindly suggest some exercise. I have implanted the hip on the other side.

    I am 75 years old .Had knee joint surgery in ln last November 2021 by Dr. Wasnik but I could not walk properly my leg is still suffering there in Kokilaben Hospital they not taking proper care after surgery. No physiotherapist giving proper training. 5/6 Days patients sleeping in same position on the bed They never help the patiens to stand on his foot with their help. Not even there consulting to patients about their well-being. .So sad

    thank you so much Dr. I am female 56 years old . I have started both knee pain a year ago , But it started with stiffness 3 years ago . we have just move to a house , where it has stairs . if i climb up stairs i can hear cracking noise it pain also but still i can manage , but , in the morning if i have to go down stairs i feel pain in knees , especially in the morning . but it decrease little bit less at the end of the day . when i m working in the kitchen , if i bend little bit my knee to get something from lower cupboard i feel slight pain. my question is in your video you saying patients can do cycling , is it safe to do cycling ? and second question is , as u saying about climb up stairs start with one feet which have no pain then the other step . but i have pain in both knees so how should climb the stairs ?

    Thank you sir forproviding such good exercises. Sir myself 60 years old, having osteiartharitis of both knees. My right knee is bended .Out of 10, the 5th one whenever I am trying to do it ,the muscles ofcervical reging is creati g pain , which make me un comfortable to practice that exercise. Pls give me some solution.

    Sir one of my relative is suffering from grade 4 osteoarthritis. Drs recommended TKA but for one month they told to do physical therapy. The patient is very obese and there is too much swelling around both knees . I want to know would these exercises be halpful for her ??

    Hi,very nice video keep it up I have a question I have bad ostoartrits in my both knees I am doing different exercises and passed my day but in July I came to Canada and here we have stairs in the home and I saw I can not manage the stairs because with using stairs I have more problems please tell me what should I will do I am from India I am thinking I will go back to my back home because I had stairs hurting me a lot for walking I using a walker than I can walk now I saw your video today I will try these exercises God bless you .i hope you will give me reply.thank you

    We usually need patients x-ray and thorough clinical evaluation to prescribe exercises and knee braces. Also I would like to know your grade of osteoarthritis knee. Have you also developed knee deformity? What's your age? The above information is also important to help you out with knee problem. Knee replacement option also can be looked for only of necessary.

    Hi doc sorry late reply I am living in Canada but I am Indian I am here fro 10 years here doc Tod e I need surgery but I am not ready fr surgery I did here so any ties exrays but here dc ot gave ie India reports in pur hand I am over waight my family doc Told me that do not do surgery because I am over waight

    Hello sir Ek patient hai Usko OA knee hua hai. Knee, hip dono ki joint space reduce hua hai. Legs ko Jyada Khol nahi pati hai. Age 58 female. Mene Usko knee aur hip Ki exercises karaya hai Range of motion ke liye philhal. But jb karata hu Usko bht dard hota hai. 2yrs se bed ridden thi . Me Usko exercises continue karau kya. Pain adhesion ki wajah se hota hai kya sir. Plz advice me. I'm physio intern

    Squats are very good exercise to keep oneself fit. It is also used as a test of fitness. Depending on the age a person with average fitness can perform 20 to 35 squats in a minute. Full squats are not advisable to knee pain patients. However mini squats are a very good exercises to improve knee stability in knee pain patients. Normally in training aim for 15 to 20 reps of squat and 3 sets per day. Progress as per your body type and trainer/ Physio advice. I hope I answered your question. 😊🙏
