    Insulin index is way better. Insulin index can monitor all foods, not like glycemic index is only for sugars!

    yeah, they just want youtube, not really for the good information. To me, just berries only. other fruit is just once a week, or 2 week alternate for berries. If not, I will pump up fat very quickly.
