I have a Apple TV 2 gen. Is it good for anything? Other then Netflix?

I know this isn't necessarily a free app but the ESPN app on Apple TV is the only one that allows you to have a quad box and this is a great feature during college football season. There are times during the season when there will be a good game on ABC and on the main ESPN channel but then I want to peak in on my alma mater which is a FCS school so it's only streaming through their ESPN3 network. I like the fact that I can put the three games up and then go in and out of each game to full screen depending on commercials and if there is any action going on.

I am unable to use the microphone function on the keyboard to search. I can only do it on KZread if I say KZread+ query. I've looked everywhere for troubleshooting. Please help.

I am fortunate to have Fire tv, Chrome, and Apple TV 4K. I use them all but mainly Apple. Fire tv is great too but like all of them you get bored and this helps switch things up.

We want to watch Paramount tv but after we downloaded the ap it still won't show the Paramount shows. Any help for that?

Savan Panchal I had KZread tv and really liked it but just switched to FuboTV and won’t go back to anything else. KZread tv previously beat out vue for me

I have a first generation Apple TV, been very happy with it. I use it on a flatscreen tv that’s not “smart TV.” The larger flatscreen is a smart tv & most apps are already on tv, would love have a current generation of Apple TV.

Well the App is free if you subscribe to their Dvr. Channels has a groundbreaking feature. it can record OTA and Tv everywhere apps from live tv right on your personal storage. You do need a hdhomerun antenna and cable/OTT subscription.

Please explain how your Apple eg Sony Cracle getting into your new folder? Where do you get it from in more details pls?? You assume everybydy follows your quick tips but that's not the truth!!! Nvida Shield did games first and their Shield box is still the best for gaming streaming device. But as with everything these days it’s all about what “ecosystem” you’re using. If you have Apple gear or use Apple Music then Apple TV is the way to go since it syncs all your music movies & tv shows for effortless streaming throughout your home. I’ve used Roku devices since they first came out. The Ultra Roku 4 box I have now is terrific. That being said in the future now that Apple doesn’t appear to have the channel limitations it used to have, (Amazon video for example), I’d look into buying an AppleTV when or if my Roku box ever crashed. My parents have an AppleTV and they are tech morons, (their words not mine), and they’re whole home is linked up with movies and TV. They love it.

Other great free apps I would recommend is Crunchyroll has a free account for anime. Also RoostTeath for Gaming/Geek Culture and all. And lastly Vudu what free with ads.

Why is there no Newsy app? I have many channels you talk about, but would of really liked Newsy.

The Pluto app doesn’t work in Canada I don’t think. I’m from Edmonton Alberta. And every time I search for the app I can’t find it. Just a heads up lol

I love the CW app yes there are adds the you have to watch but you can watch the last five episodes for your favorite CW shows also check out the CW seed app to it like the CW app but it shows that are not on tv

Tubi is also free Fawesome is free Filmrise is free

apple tv + have very little content and you have to buy the movie or rent it.

Now my Apple TV would make sense

They don’t have enough anime for me to want to sub.

Margot Robinson I personally find that the Popcorn Flix app movies are so outdated so not for me, but if you’re in to the older movies it’s a great app.🙌🏼

No it doesn’t you have to subscribe tho I believe they do have a small free section now

I purchased a separate remote. One that is easier to use,. No moving past where you want to go. I absolutely hate, detest, abhors the silly remote that comes with the TV.

Crackle is excellent. You do have to watch ads but the movies are uncut and uncensored. Totally worth it. One day I binge watched the Alien movie franchise 😎🥃

I am having trouble with this feature. It doesn't pop up in the search bar. It pulls up on the bottom of the screen with apple tv movies. Help would be greatly appreciated.

You just "pop" around, telling us how to get Diapers, if people need a diaper, thanks. Though my Apple tv wants money for Crackle.
