Automakers have been racing to produce the world fastest car since the early days of the automobile. Measuring top speed is also very challenging, and not all manufacturers have been able to verify their top speed claims in real world testing.
As of 2020, several automakers threaten this record, claiming that their new models will be able to hit more than 300 mph. Until these cars go into production and their respective automakers document potential records, here’s the list of the 10 fastest cars in the world as of 2020, including a lot of record breaking cars of all time.

Without some actual proven facts, this car cannot be featured in this kind of list. It's also not a production car yet.

They have too produce so many too be a production car and they haven't gone into Guinness book of world records yet if they did they haven't shown it to be a fact yet it's just fiction and this is something out of the middle East they're trying to prove and they haven't proven it yet?

The Bugatti Chiron Super Sport 300+ isn’t the fastest car ever made, the Devil 16 is the fast car ever made so far, it had a 5000hp V16 engine and reach 300mph+

It has been recently revealed, and it's not in production yet. Apart from this, the top speed is still to be proven.

I think a good starting point would be the manufacturer website, on the news section where they list all their major performances and record. You can have a look and see that there is nothing mentioned about Jesko in there. If there was indeed something proven, the news would've been there for sure (as you can see for previous models). The videos you mentioned are questionable and posted by anonymous users (even the comments doubt them, also one of them it's a gaming channel...) . Again, I'm quite sure a company like Koenigsegg would have posted this on their official channel if it was true. This car definitely has the potential to come out with a record speed, but they need more time.
