I have given up on my teeth. I was someone who always went to the dentist twice a year. After being scammed numerous times and three root canal failures, I am going to skip the implant too. I would continue to pay thousands for repairs, if it was not painful (always is) and I could trust dentists. Saw my dentist 5 months ago...cavity free. Now I need a root canal? I don't numb well and no one listens when I tell them...imagine if this is how my cesarean surgery was treated. Sorry about that pain just shake it off? If you're going to charge patients prices that would cover breast implants or a down payment on car, it should at least be pain free for the surgery... and not fail. I train dogs for living. How exceptable would it be to charge clients thousands and not correct dog behavoir? I would be out of business. The price tag is not my issue, it's the quality of work. If patients have nightmare experiences they are far less likely to have work done.

Well explained but still overpriced. I wish all dental care was affordable for all. It’s so heartbreaking to know I need help but also to know I’ll never be able to pay that much. Dental work shouldn’t be so pricey everyone deserves working teeth.

Have not had teeth or an ability to eat for 20 years... Thought I'd go get a quote... Over 40k in dollars.. Been grinding my teeth at double rate since from anxiety.. Let's not mention the mental trauma we go through..

Ok so this video was so informative. It helped me so much to understand what I can do before the surgery so that I can be healthier and heal better and so that I can share with Dream Dental what I know my health issue are so that when I come in we can get a more solid plan.. Examples are that I am a smoker but I have started the patches to stop smoking for this procedure, Yes that is a win win win!! I started smoking after loosing my entire family and the stress just got to me and I started smoking again after not smoking for 5 years, Bad! Bad! Bad! So now I have a good reason to want to quit again and that is what I am doing now. I wouldn't have gotten the motivation had I not seen this video.. Win win win!! I also have had cancer when I was 19 years old and had Kemo and Surgery to get rid of the cancer, I am 57 years old and now I have bone loss and Osteo so I am going to have to pay more for this and I have no teeth now so that is going to be a huge factor, I have a top plate but no bottom plate so I don't want to have to wait and loose more bone. This video was just so informative. I understand now what I am up against. And I may be one of your biggest challenges due to my bone loss. Smoking wont be an issue anymore. But am I even a canidate for this procedure? I will be checking out what air fair is going to cost and soon as it is safe to board and fly with out the Covid-19 worry. I will be going to Utah, I have money coming in to do this and it is going to be the first thing I do. Thank you so much, I am interested in your take on the Covid-19 virus and what affects this would have flying in for the Consultation and what procedures your office is doing to protect the people flying in. Very well explained but my question is what happens if a person is denied after the credit check? I honestly have been searching and searching for somewhere I can get full implants done, but I really can't afford it and if I was able to show you I have a very serious case I have been struggling with the embarrassment, the pain etc for a very long time.. im in Minnesota, here we have state insurance that 90% of dental offices only accept certain insurances, and most won't help pay for dentures or implants also you have to pay out of pocket for the gas which is also expensive. I even went as far as getting a partial for a few hundred online. I sent the office my molds and I picked out the type of partial I received it within a few weeks and of course it worked for me but it's just a temporary fix..I still don't really talk or smile almost all the time. So again my question is what happens after a patient is denied with the credit check?

Unfortunately this happens quite often. Most lending companies do accept credit loans based on credit scores. Some people will try to improve on their credit score and then apply again. We aren't able to offer in house finance at this time. Some patients will go to their own lending companies like credit unions or banks, to see which would have the best interest rate.

Try and Google low income dental care the town you live in. There should be dental clinics to call they can pull your bad teeth. Right now I bought set veneers for my top and bottom teeth for $40. The cost of pulling your teeth is based on income, You can get full set of Dentures from Easy Dentures online for $400. Etsy has full sets for $370. It will be awhile before both my husband and myself. Will have dentures. If you failed the credit check you can’t get financing. They won’t do your implants you are going to have to get dentures.

I am about to get all on 4 done in two weeks. And yes it is expensive and i am taking out a loan for it. And I understand when people in the comments say i wish it was affordable, but do people know the cost of the equipment and the fact that the doctor has to wake up everyday and go tear a persons mouth up and then reconstruct it. I wake up days as a truck driver saying i don't want to drive in the snow or crazy traffic, and will never complain again. but i can not imagine having the responsibility of opening up someone's mouth and putting it back together. I feel so lucky that i am going to be able to get this done. But i am so thankful for guys like this that have the Patience to do this.

There is always a 4-6 month healing process. Dr can screw the temporary device in after the surgery. Time should be same with bone grafting.

When I was only 8-12 years of age I had a bad experience with doctor "Thorpe" in Springfield, Missori ; he cut a groove above the gum line around some of my teeth . . . Today I need dental work and i don't carry insurance or Medicare: I only pay cash and I can pay for this but I just wanted you to know that all dentist are not for your best interest. .

Actually a worthwhile comment. I’m prepared financially and in my research phase thus not jaded and the background music is a tinge distracting from absorbing your detail. Your videographer, if worth his cost, can strip the background music or at least greatly reduce it until transitional music is warranted. Every word you say is important to those who are doing what I’m doing now.

Thanks for all of the helpful information. My understanding was that the four to six months healing is required due to possible changes in contour and shape and size as the bone heals and bonds with the implant. Meaning the variables will likely change. Is this not a concern for you due to your expertise, experience, technology, etc. when doing the 7-Day total time frame? Do you have a process to address these possible changes? Especially for bone grafts. Thanks!

Yes, everyone would have the 4 - 6 month healing. I don't offer the 7day process anymore due to I have found the patients that I see really don't know what they want for their dream yet. Slight modifications can be made after, but it would depend on what they need and want.

This my dream but the cost of the implants scared me I’ve been wearing partial dentures upper and lower since my teenage hoping to have one right now I’m living here in California just chasing my dream one to have implants I have no confidence when I am smiling

@@implantsecrets; Can u put 4 teeth in a bridge and mount to the one or two teeth on each side next to them by making it fixed or removable? That's what this dentist suggests and the recommendation. If the bridge is permanent he said, my son needs 4 crowns. Two on each side between four missing teeth. He's not talking about implants, or all on four. This is getting confusing to me, and we haven't talked about material's, or how well teeth will hold up. Any idea's?

It is possible to go into a temporary device on a soft food diet in one day, but for your final device the lab usually needs time to get this done correctly, and your body needs time to heal as well!

I'm thinking of the all on 4. The Dr wants to shave my gum bones because they are very thin. Is that considered invasive. I would love to come down to you. Could take a long drive. What is your cost? Bottom only

Look into getting a implant bridge . Far better then all on 4 . They conform it to your guns and do not remove any bone at all. Sometimes they have to add to it find a good prosthodontist.

Still so expensive... 😭😭😭 I know the cost per each person is different, but still even your cheapest procedure is high price and won't last as long. With my luck (and in pretty sure I'll need all the extra) that my cost will end up being almost like your best high end package. Loved you videos as always. I have a question I thought it took six months for your bones to fuse to the implant and that’s what the six months was his healing time so how can it be done in less time than that is it not about that

Excellent question! No matter the process you choose, the body needs to have 4 - 6 for the Implants to heal and to adhere to the bone. The 4 months would be for those patients who are very healthy and heal fast. The long time is for patients that have other health challenges. Either way you are on soft food for that amount of time. If you adhere to the protocol that we give you, shouldn't take any longer. That being said, everyone is different.

You explained things so well. I’m 65 would the titanium be a good choice for me? Even if the dentist told me the brand of titanium used or where it came from how will I know if that’s a good grade?

The zirconia is the strongest, but also made in one piece, so the teeth will not break off. Where as the titanium option, you have 3 components... the acrylic which is built around the titanium bar, and the teeth are set into that. so there are times when you bite down, and a tooth will pop off, then you have to have it fixed.

Best advice is GO TO G4 by Golpa! They deliver Nano Ceramic which is better than Zerconia in so many ways in 3 days. I got mine done Augst 1 week 2022. I showed up on Monday the 1st. Had surgery Tuesday the 2nd. Installed perm bridges on Wed the 3rd and drove home Thursday the 4th. NO PAIN UNTIL DAY 3 post surgery but it was over within two days. Cost was $39,500 flat. They are the inventors of ALL ON 4.

My all on 4 implants in NY cost $66500 so they are very expensive

Just 4 single implants? What'd they use gold? $66.5k wow. In NZ our prices are so, so expensive. I've been assessed for 2 implants for approx $5k each. I had to get the broken fillings redone to build up the teeth...$450 ech So all up NZ$12-13k with fees, x-rays etc. But it'll take awhile 'cos I'm first getting 5 crowns on other molars. So will need to get another loan. I am looking forward to the end result though.

It sounds like you don’t understand what the “All on 4” is. This is where they remove all your teeth, place for implants on the top part for implants on the bottom arch, and attach the Zirconia denture to the implants. They never come out unless you’re at the dental office with special tools. you are paying a very high skilled doctor to do this complicated surgery.

the price of a modest house! dentist want BMW's! too dentist got tired of the other doctors getting rich , now they can be millionaires too, this could almost pay for a year of college, hope they paid off their student loans!

Google Dental implants in your area. Make sure you choose a surgeon that is very experienced and has great reviews. There are delicate nerves in the area of your jaw that is very sensitive.

This video is pushing people to your conclusions, such as “separate labs out of state or country”. Labs that 3D print teeth for many doctors, are far better than those that do maybe 5 or so a week inside a single practice IMO. I’ve worked in the 3D printing industry. Plus, what if it takes a day or two longer when you have a better result lasting years more? Lastly, you’re talking to you’re employee like it’s an interview...gives me a bit of a gringe... just saying.

The people that live in million dollar homes and drive a Ferrari are the ones that can afford this.

That is not true Sherri, Although it may seem it is. We have a lot of patients from all walks of life who benefit from our services. Many people choose to invest in themselves. Some people will do a stage at a time so not to be so expensive. We would love to meet you and hear your story.

@@implantsecrets I live in an apt and drive a Toyota and was able to save up and have this done top and bottom. It’s possible if you cut out other expenses in your life that aren’t as important.

I am type 1 diabetic. If I had all this information years ago I would never star pulling my teeth out. Money wasted and I have to place food in food processor.

I feel so sad for you. I hope you are keeping well. I wish dentists tell us about bone loss before letting us decide to remove a tooth simple like that!!! They do not educate us enough!!! Never knew removing teeth can compromise the stability of whole set of teeth and never knew about bone resorption! I felt so robbed all these years paying the dentists!

I wld be very interested in your practice. I have deglected my teeth and am now paying the price. They are breaking off at the gum when I chew😥 I have always been known for my smile, and now cannot open my mouth without putting my hand over my mouth. So humiliating. Do u remove existing teeth that are all bad? Do your customers have to wait between removal and All on all Four? I do have some bone loss that concerns me. But I NEVER want dentures I have to remove and glue daily...and they look soooo fake! I want a smile I can be proud of, and is going to last! Im nearing 60, and want something to last the rest of my life. A Smile your not embarrassed to open ur mouth!!! I was a victim of domestic violence and several of my teeth were cracked. I dont want to be humiliated everytime I smile. I ve been wearing masks where I dont need one, just to cover my teeth!!

@@implantsecrets every filling I got resulted in extreme grinding until filling out.. In my sleep. 🤔 Those old amalgam ones.. Think my body was rejecting them. Trouble is unconsciously I catch myself grinding in waking time now. New teeth would lift that mental load.

I don’t have a house to mortgage for that! Sheesh!!

Dream Dental Implant Center probably one thing up front, I don’t live in the States. I live in Canada. Travelling anywhere costs money and I am disabled so travel is tricky. Thanks anyway

So i listen to all the videos and the price for 4 implants for 15 thousands to 20 thousands. The 4 on 4 looked basically like a snap in set of teeth. Come On Doc

yes still overpriced lol i have to look at financing just becuase i wanna taste food via the roof of my mouth (and dont want immediate dentures) - i dont agree with @30:00 only because you raising the price because im a cigarette smoker wont mean that if youre right and i come back for a revision or infection, that that the followup procedures will be free LOL you cant raise the price just incase you get annoyed that i return a 2nd time lol thats your job and we would have to pay you for coming back to get revisions right? its not like you get new tires and the guy raises the price becuase ive had 2 incidents in the past where i ran over a nail - id still have to pay for that 3rd tire - its not like id get free replacement therefor you can justify the increase lol you get more money with the visits... and procedures... my goodness

is there a way to be more vague? where you live, on and on about education.. right how much? can you give a ball park? 1000 50000? can you at least give a range? so you come away from this video with no more idea how much you are looking at than before you watched the video. 3 to 4 times as much?? like what to what? I still have zero idea of cost. how much? give a range of cost.
