Seriously, Heather's shocked everybody.... it makes no sense. She was a professional dancer in a different style. And even as a professional dancer, everyone has ups and downs. The Disney week was pretty weak for her. She aced her performances!

I feel like DWTS should just stop already with jazz and contemporary as regular dance styles. They're too free and open for interpretation and hard to critique, not to mention most of the pros are concentrated in Latin ballroom and don't know how to choreograph a proper jazz or contemporary; then the jazz/contemporary dancers aren't trained and experienced enough in Latin ballroom dances to teach and choreograph them for beginners, when the majority of dance styles on DWTS are Latin and ballroom. With just the Latin and ballroom dances, people have less reasons to justify why certain celebs are overqualified as contestants, whether they're athletes or hip-hop dancers or took ballet as kids.

No what they should do is keep the celebrities off for a season and just let the profesinoals do it that way they don't have to dumb down dances to amateurs or even some semiprofessionals. I understand it's dancing with the 'stars' but come on let's see a real competition. That's just my take on it.

Heather Morris is AWESOME! She shouldn't have been eliminated. I love her and she is extremely talented.

Heather is indeed amazing and extremely talented, but I thought she never should have been on DWTS since she is pretty a pro instead of just a famous celebrity. I felt the same way about Amber Riley and Corbin Bleu being in the same season when they already had experience dancing.

Heather has experience in hip hop. She's never done ballroom dancing before. Everybody complains because she has dance experience yet nobody complained about Zendaya or anybody gymnastics Olympians who always seem to win. Or figure skaters. Why are they the exception but not Heather.

Elizabeth Noyes there was no reason Heather shouldn't have been on the show. The only rule as far as dance experiences before coming on the show is that the stars can't be professional ballroom dancers, which Heather was not. And there have been people with dance experiences and people without in every season. So actually Heather had just as much right to be there as anyone else cuz the show is called dancing with the STARS and she is just as much a star (actor) as she is a dancer.

She was originally there just to teach the Single Ladies, almost wasn’t ever in the show

Even the contestants with a dancing background couldn't make it all the way through. So the fact that people protested if it was fair that heather was on the show is really unnecessary.

I can somewhat dance, no where near heather but still somewhat. But ballroom dancing is SUPER hard. I first thought it wasn't fair until I also tried to learn some of these dance styles, it is not as easy as it looks lol

Zendaya's done really well for herself since the show. Cover of Vogue, hit tv show, and now in movies. She lost to Kellie Pickler, who has kind of fallen off the radar unless you watch CMTV. Zendaya's done fine, she doesn't need a $5 Mirrorball.

Taylor Michelle LIKE JENNIFER GREY! Who took dance classes from Louis VanAmstel for several years before her appearance on the show...They had been asking her to be on the show from the beginning, and she kept declining knowing full well she was going to accept to be on it someday...Well that someday came after years of unfair lessons with VanAmstel and "just happened" to be right after Patrick Swayze's death, which she tearfully acknowledged, even though they hated each other in real life... that really made me sick, that she was so manipulative about winning- she purposefully had her hair styled like "Baby" in the movie, she had the lessons with Louis, she sadly brought up Patrick's tragic death like it was some huge tragedy for her as often as she could, and, before she would even consider being apart of that season, she was allowed to pick her own partner- which "shockingly" was arguably the best dancer and choreographer ever on the show, Derek. I mean, she was was an awesome competitor- she sure should have been being she had so many unfair advantages.

Willow's elimination really hit me hard and was so shocking. Her tears broke my heart and I truly believe that she could've made it to the finals and won.

The thing about the Heather Morris controversy, is that yes she has some background in dancing, but Glee isn't ballroom because if someone messes up they just go back to start and do it over again, and backup dancing doesn't have all eyes on you (like seriously, all eyes are on Beyoncé)

That's likely because on vocal shows all of the contestants are singers. They at least begin with a similar baseline of ability. Heather Morris IS a dancer, regardless of whether she was a "background" dancer or not. Not only is she a dancer, but she is a very good dancer at that. Ballroom is very different, so I am not saying that she didn't have to learn an entirely different discipline. I can just understand why some people felt she had an unfair advantage because she is a dancer.

It's been like 4 months and I'm still furious about Heather. Brittany is my favorite character on glee, so every week I used all 10 of my votes, I just can't believe she got eliminated in like week 4 or 5.

Normani was ROBBED! Heather and Simone should've lasted longer than fucking David who came in second!

@@WrenFaithBridger The last three seasons or so it's been more of a popularity contest because of "instant" voting. Half the US watches it on TV in the evening and the other half has to watch it on Facebook or a streaming service. For me, I would have to watch the show at 2:00pm on facebook to vote. Voting closes 5 minutes before the show ends. Under the old system you were allowed maybe 20 hours or so to cast your vote. Voting was 8:00pm to 7:00am EST.

You know, everyone complains about the "unfair" advantage stars with a dance background have over the others, but you never hear anyone complain about the advantage athletes have over the non-athletic and possibly out-of-shape (not as much, anyways) or the advantage the young have over the older contestants with their creaky bones. There is another dancing competition program called "So You Think You Can Dance" based on the idea that just because you're skilled in one kind of dance, that does not mean you will be in an unfamiliar one.

I love GLEE, So I clicked so fast. Heather never should've gotten eliminated. SHE'S THE BEST!

@@manimonay Zendaya should have made it because they scrapped the online votes because there was a problem with the system and they only used the telephone votes. People suspect that that is why Kelly won because most of Zendaya's fans are young and would use the online voting system.

I just hate when people get mad because people have dancing background. Hip hop dancing, broadway dancing, just all dancing in general is all different all of the classical dances are hard for anyone to learn even people who have some dance background.

What about Sabrina Bryan's eliminations? During season 5, she was a fan favorite who went home week 6. During the All Star season, she was eliminated exactly 5 years after her first elimination, week 6 of the competition, and she received a perfect score for her rumba.

1. Hope Solo's attitude wasn't crazy or shocking. There have been others with horrible attitudes (Misha Barton, Kate Gosselin, etc.), so, no. 2. Sabrina Bryan's double-elimination was crazy, but what was crazier was that she was eliminated IN THE SAME WEEK! THAT is insane! 3) Why do you say it was fake?

WoSo I agree about Sabrina but not about Heather. Her dancing was fine, she executed what are Pros giver her perfectly. I think she honestly need hard choreography to wow people cuz her dances was pretty closes to flawless every dance but people knew she was a dancer so the only way she could maybe win people over was to have super hard full on choreography for every dance. cuz to many this season were on the no dance experiences kick so people with dance experiences really had no chance.

Jaissa Pierce Her potential was unexplored, so we'll never know. That being said, Sabrina's choreography highlighted her dancing ability so well; the choreo Heather got was underwhelming so perhaps that's why she came off as underwhelming in most dances.

Agreed. The eliminations were awful and took a lot of the fun out of last season for me. Heather, Nancy and Simone should've lasted longer and Normani was top 2 worthy by the end of the season. Rashad winning salvaged Season 24 but it was so annoying watching mediocre-to-bad dances week after week when we could've seen Heather's Argentine Tango (one of Maks' best dance styles), more of Nancy's elegant and classy ballroom (Artem is so underrated, he's one of the best ballroom dancers and choreographers on DWTS) and her surprisingly fun and flirty Latin, and Simone's freestyle (Sasha's first freestyle, he is a pro who is MEANT to do a freestyle). Again, thank goodness Rashad won and Emma won with a great dancer after being stuck with so many duds over the years, getting cut from season 22, and all the while handling everything thrown at her with poise and positivity.

So happy you talked about John and Kelly! John was always my favorite! And its still the only season to have a dance off like that.

The first season was so weird. Still not sure why they had the rematch- Kelly was on a soap opera, and soaps still have a huge fan base.

Lochte hid behind Cheryl when the hecklers came. That says a lot about what kind of man he is...

The biggest mistake the show has ever had was having Heather Morris eliminated. Especially so early and right after that ICONIC performance

ToMilla Kockingbird ABSOLUTELY... I was a Kelly fan from day 1, because I was a HUGE fan of Port Charles, and she totally deserved the win... it was shocking to see his bad behaviour and bad sportsmanship allowed

Agree. Her arc was what the show was originally meant to be. A weaker dancer in the beginning but she improved every single week. Every critique she was given she listened to and used it to improve her performance and John pretty much stayed the same. His choreography was boring too...though that's more on his partner. So, of course she outdid him in the end! Plus, I was always put off by how smug he came across.

Almost a year has gone by and I'm still freakinfg pissed about Heather

Kelly vs. John...i started out disliking Kelly, but she worked so hard that she won me over! what happened at the end was shameful! i never understood why they redid the final dance, and it was totally unfair to Kelly. i don't recall the final outcome, but they perhaps both should have won.

Kelly was the winner. John cried conspiracy. He had the nerve to ask and get a guest spot on General Hospital. And honestly, the women do more work than the stiff men who come on and stand there being danced around by the pros. They should have an all female one since they work for their trophy.

I think you guys jumped the gun with this one. Carol Baskin must be added as number one on this list. lol
