I doubt it. I expect the next villain to be Kang the Conqueror due to how much the flow of time was tampered with in Infinity War & Endgame (at the hands of both the Avengers and Thanos himself). I figure Galactus would be either the third or fourth major MCU villain to show up due to just how big of a threat he is necessitating a lot of build-up before he actually makes his presence known in person.

He probably will now that Marvel has the rights to the Fantastic Four, X-Men, & Deadpool. But it will probably take a lot of build-up considering just how big of a threat Galactus would be. I'm actually expecting the next "Thanos" tier major villain in the MCU to either be Kang the Conqueror (both the Avengers & Thanos tampered with the time-stream multiple times, which would definitely draw Kang's ire, and since Thanos is dead now, the only ones left around for him to take his anger out on would be the Avengers) or Doctor Doom.

You must introduce fantastic four, defenders or warlock in the mic before galactic makes sense. Seeing as how iron man and cap are out of the pic, it’s kind of hard seeing any non cosmos side of marvel to compete with galactus. To be fair, thanos put up a fight with every cosmos being with the gauntlet In the books.

So the Infinity Stones were used 2 times on earth in Endgame and it released so much energy making the earth a tasty treat for Galactus lol just a far fetched theory..

The Sphinx (back in the day) was my introduction to Galactus. I was SO impressed with the world-devourer in that storyline, that Galactus became (and remains to this day) my favorite character in comics. If you can find it, I HIGHLY recommend the Sphinx story. Still one of my all-time favorites. The story that really got me started with Marvel. Galactus' aloofness when Reed Richards implores him to aid them against the Sphinx, and Galactus just dismissing him with essentially a 'F*ck You'. The fight where Galactus b*tchslaps Sphinx and sends him into a time loop to relive his suffering over and over for eternity. It was also where Terrax the Tamer (formerly Tyros, the dictator of a small world called Birj) is introduced and transformed into Galactus' new herald. "...If I must destroy a flea to do it (consume the Earth), SO WILL THE FLEA BE DOOMED!". THAT is the Galactus I want to remember,not the pathetic one of 'modern' SJW Marvel.

One of the few persons who can single handedly beat Thanos. Hope to see him in MCU.

There was a comic where a future version of thanos told himself that he would climb his way up on the cosmic hierarchy to eternity and infinity it just a bit under them. When annihilus used Adam warlocks power when he was the living tirbunal as a weapon to wipe out everyone, all the celestials, galactus, hulk all died from the first blast while thanos survived like 4 or 5

@@thanos7459 You must watch too much Chuck bud because thanos tanking those blasts doesn't mean he's above Galactus especially current Galactus who's gotten infinitely more powerful than before, I suggest you read a few comics instead of using Powerscaling and ABC logic like Chuck does.

Dormammu, Phoenix, Galactus, Living Tribunal, Mephisto, Adam Warlock, Dr.Doom, Kang the conqueror, Eternity, Master Order, Lord Chaos (Amatsu-Mikaboshi), Beyonder, Molecule Man. All these characters are so much stronger than Thanos. Thanos is literally nothing in Marvel.

I wish Galactus would appear in the MCU, but I don't want him to be the biggest antagonist of the next saga. I want a villain like Thanos, Galactus has zero character and has no complexity at all like Thanos. and let's face it, he isn't really a villain. More like a cosmic being who just does what's needed to be done, which is to satisfy his needs.

Almost all the villains of the MCU will will be interesting and fitting in good sagas.Galactus should be the end point because first of all he is too big as character and his build up will take time.What makes him so special is that he is unimaganable powerfull force of nature and still one of the most powerfull beings in the universe that will have to make choises and has needs.He does't have pure free will,his decisions are infulenced by his needs wich appears like a paradoks.

My favourite Galactus vs someone was in Excalibur. When Rachel/Phoenix battled Galactus and she won.

the Phoenix remade every timeline and universe but put Galactus in a cocoon because he was vital, Galactus is top level, but Phoenix is only under The One Above All, has no equal outside of that.

Also Galactus battle with Memphisto and the Ashanti magical deity Agamotto in their own realms is far more impressive than his battle with Thanos for it to be number one . The MCU hyped up Thanos to be more powerful than he was originally created to be . Without the cosmic cube and the Infinity stones Thanos power level is nowhere near Galactus power level . The only reason Thanos was able to compete in battle with Odin was because he was drawing power from mistress Death ,,which Odin had detected . Even in that battle Odin wasn't using his full power .

How do you fight something that eats planets?

The last fight was rather inaccurate. Thanos wasn't stupid enough to think he'd be capable of defeating Galactus. He just wanted to buy time to do his work. And then try to assimilate G into himself.

Trying is the first step to failing.

You guys really need to do your homework Galactus was never worshipped by humankind. And the celestials did not come from a different dimension. They were created in the very first universe. Before there was a Multiverse. And there's other inconsistencies, but I will not go into it any further
