The fact that Batman has no superpowers is what makes him so unique and interesting to read about and watch movies about. Because he is unlike many superheroes, just a man. And is someone people can relate to. Making him such a loved and memorable superhero!

Yeah, what really makes a superhero interesting is who they're fighting against. Batman has the best villains in comic history. Then, Spider-Man, then Superman. It would really help if they put more Superman villains in the movies.

Batman also taught us how to make trauma a strength and not a weakness And also the best part about he's villains is that they challenge some part of Batman's character let me show u Bane = Strength Riddler = Intellect Scarecrow = Fear Poison Ivy = Temptation Joker = Anarchy (Which is the opposite of Batman's order)

Spiderman has comparable villains. Joker is awesome but villains like Dr Oct, Green Goblin, Kingpin etc are amazing as well and certainly A List comic villains. Batman's villains have the most mature themes but are not as iconic besides the Joker. I do like Batman more though

@@thepack9070 really? Cause last i checked spiderman leads him in merchandise sales and overall fan vote currently. Batman is FAR from unrivaled, spiderman beat him in monthly comic sales MANY times. Not to mention he has more depth as a character and is not overhyped. DC on many occasions has shat on all of its other heroes to make batman look cool, to the point dc fans themselves got annoyed

Batman is just the best, always for me. That was proved to me after the comics, but after I watched the Christopher nolan's trilogy, it was confirmed and batman was my second favorite superhero, but but, after I played the Arkham games. And the animated series. It was just obvious that batman is the best superhero of all time, especially in arkham series. That game was just the best and it portrayed batman so well. Batman basically was a super human in that game and so badass. Batman is the best superhero of all time no doubt. But spider man is just close second for being my childhood.

Sure, Batman’s gadgets are cool, but they are hardly practical. If you catch the caped crusader with his utility belt down, Bruce Wayne is just a normal defenseless guy. Superman, on the other hand, is always ready for action. Not to mention, a hero who can fly doesn’t need to make pit stops to refuel his batmobile and he certainly doesn’t need to reload in the middle of a fight. Superman is a hero for all the right reasons Superman fights crime to protect people. Batman fights crime out of his own personal vendetta. In essence, Batman is the result of a moody kid who never got over his childhood problems. So now, this guy takes out his repressed frustrations by wearing all black and attacking other people in the streets. In many social circles, this sort of schoolyard bullying would be considered “reckless” and “immature.” It’s the exact kind of behavior that Superman sets out to prevent. Batman hits girls Sure, Superman has had a few female foes, but they were hardly a challenge for the Man of Steel. Batman, on the other hand, is constantly fighting with Catwoman, Poison Ivy, and others. Maybe we’re old fashioned, but this just isn’t classy. Superman doesn’t need a sidekick He gets the job done all on his own. Batman, on the other hand, is always hanging out with Robin-the boy gymnast in a Speedo. Not only is this suggestive of Batman’s own inefficiencies to save the day, but quite frankly, its also a little bit creepy. Superman would win in a fight Just think about it. Batman uses firearms-Superman is faster than a speeding bullet. Batman utilizes the batmobile to defeat his enemies-Superman is more powerful than a locomotive. Batman hides out in Wayne towers-Superman can leap tall buildings in a single bound. Advantage: Superman. It is also notable to mention that Superman is an actual superhero with actual superpowers. Batman, in comparison, is just a Billionaire with a hobby. This would be like Donald Trump moonlighting as a vigilante. Sure it’s an entertaining concept, but let’s leave the real work to the most iconic hero ever created. And one more thing-Superman can save people in the daytime. This matters.

For me before The MCU, DCEU, DCAU, and all the others. It was Christopher Nolan TDK Trilogy and Sam Raimi Spider-Man Trilogy. Those two not only introduced me to my favorite Superhero of DC and Marvel. But superheroes in General The Caped Crusader and The Webslinger of NY stand the test of time and for generations to come. Behind them are DareDevil, Punisher, Nightwing, Red Hood, Robin, and Deadpool for me

The MCU is doing a great job, he is fitting into today's generation of kids..like maybe u had Raimi Trilogy.. I had spiderman cartoons like ultimate Spider-Man and spectacular spiderman, they are planning to grow him up from a kid to an adult (and his powers and maturity levels would increase much more too)

A mortal fighting among gods that knows how to take all down. And a human being that has been through traumatic events and is constantly getting pushed by Joker and others to just go insane but always holds it together. He is vengeance but he doesn't kill, he is the night but he always brings light to Gotham, he is Batman he is the hero we want but he's not the one we deserve. His comics, merchandise, and animated films has grossed far more profit than other superheroes other than like I said Batman and Spiderman. Superman will always be iconic and remain popular because whenever someone thinks the most superhero the first thought that always comes to people is Superman.

It’s actually closer than you think. Spider-Man merchandise outsells Batman And Superman combined and the movies make more than any Batman and Superman movie. I think if spidey debuted first then we’d have him as a unanimous number one. Everyone loves spider man lol
