Thank you! Glad to be back and share more Germany-related thoughts. Hamburg is my "the one that got away" city - next time I'm in the great land of beer and bread it's the number 1 destination on my travel list.

This is a fair criticism that I really appreciate. I feel it too - Making videos about a Germany exchange year 6 years later makes me feel somewhat repetitive and washed up. However, now that I'm older I have a new perspective on the experience and I feel I can express myself better than I could before. Furthermore, I am planning on making some radical changes to the type of content that I make, so I want to finish the videos I always planned on making about Germany before I switch gears. Thank you again for the honest comment. Best wishes - Austin.

You didn´t mention one advantage of train travel. You enter the train in the center of one city, and you will arrive in the center of another city. No necessity to take a bus shuttle from a city center to an airport.

Whoa! You're so right! That is absolutely one of the best things about trains... It's such a direct shot and you don't waste any time. In most cases, I would rather take a train than a plane.

07:53 I'm petty sure they sell that pickle because American tourists keep asking for it. We Germans do not do that. You might want to read up on Wikipedia about the Christmas pickle myth.
