I definitely agree with your picks. As much as some of the episodes of Seasons 6-8 truly sucked it still has a good chunk of episodes that are actual funny and entertaining.

Like any other fan of SpongeBob, I find the modern episodes hard to enjoy since the quality wasn't on the same level of the pre-movie SpongeBob era. However, after I saw the second movie and watched the beginning of season 10, I started to notice that the quality of the show is improving again.

can now confirm. it’s almost just as good, but in a different kind of way. it tells good jokes although they’re different from classic spongebob, and tries out nice stories which are mostly very different.

Everyone says Modern Spongebob, is bad, but I say 'mid-season' Spongebob (Seasons 6-8) were bad, because I genuinely think Season 9 and forwards is a massive step back in the right direction

I remember the first time I watched Enchanted Tiki Dreams. When Squidward curled up on the floor and started crying, I started crying myself a little because Squidward is one of my favorite characters on the show. And during what I call 'Squidward's Happiness Scene' when he says 'I've never been this happy in my entire life!' I started tearing up because of how happy he was. Those same two things happen every time I watch that episode.

That episode will really boring and it’s one of the few Spongebob songs I actively dislike. Yes Spongebob and Patrick’s characters were good in this episode but that just doesn’t save it and it’s also devoid of comedy.

I'll be honest, this video put a HUGE smile on my face. Spongebob was a big part of my childhood, and I was devastated when I heard how bad it had gotten. However, after seeing the gems post-movie spongebob has to offer, I feel loads better. Fantastic video pal, keep up the great work and keep fighting the good fight! 😊

Just like how Planet Of The Jellyfish is sister episodes with Are You Happy Now. I saw Gary In Love and I agree it’s underrated.

Considering that spongebob seasons 6 to 8 are known as spongebob's dark age it's very nice that not all of them were bad.

I'm happy one of my favourite episodes (Not Normal) got 11th place or in the "honourable mentions" part. To all you people who wonder why its one of my favourites I'll explain. So in the episode, Spongebob greets Squidward with "Hi, how are ya?" and (as a joke) that's how I would greet my friends. One day I pranked my friends (over Discord) by saying stuff Spongebob said from the episode. Also, I've always loved the look of "Normal" Spongebob. And once I made an edit of a book Spongebob held in the episode. The book said "How to be normal. For Beginners and so (for my friends) I edited the image for it to say "How to get drunk. For beginners." and we all had a good laugh about it. It's also an all around funny episode with good jokes and humour. If anyone reading this comment hasn't seen it, you should check it out.

I tend to avoid Growth Spout whenever it comes on because it's paired with Stuck in the Wringer

Honestly Growth Spout is actually my No.2 favorite episode since it's more like a reflection to me of how much I was so hungry when I hit hard puberty, plus seeing all the food in Spongebob makes me so hungry like Goku eating a full course meal and is still hungry for dessert and the Squidward Tiki Tiki episode is my No.1 favorite episode seeing how Squidward is being treated like a King like everyone who's living with a bad mental issue with people, it's rare seeing Squidward so happy where he can finally let go of the anger, sadness and anxiety around all of the people he calls ignorant people

Thank you Jem for adding Enchanted Tiki Dreams! I was thinking "FINALLY! A break for that "Bikini Bottom hates Squidward for no Reason Gag!" Squidward's singing voice is beautiful in my opinion!

In my opinion, Sand Castle In the Sand is without a doubt the most entertaining episode in all of Spongebob. Holy shit, I watched that episode over a hundred times and it still doesn't bore me in the slightest.

My dad made a point when we watched "Growth Spout" that if Pearl keeps growing like this she might be able to overthrow King Neptune

10. Pretty good trippy shit 9. One of the best Mr. Krabs episodes even if he's the worst character. 8. This one's cool, man! 7. Not funny but the story is solid enough 6. Great change of pace 5. At least seasons 7 and 8 ended on good notes 4. There are no bad romance episodes in SpongeBob. Also has one of the better songs of the series. 3. One of my favorites of all time! And the torture actually sets up the second half perfectly, as opposed to just relaxing for the sake of it. The song is also one of my favorites and it actually made a kind of a big impact to the show as it kept appearing without lyrics in certain episodes! This is my number 1. 2. Exactly bro, my favorite episode of season 6 and also one of my favorites, what a miracle! The performance is my favorite instrumental piece of music in the entire series! I do have one problem tho, Patrick's ass breaking is very uncomfortable to watch. 11. Really good, almost on the level of number 2! 12. Not a fan personally. 13. It's ok and Patrick using his brain to foil Plankton's plan is funny. 14. Meh. I get that they gotta make these relatable episodes for pet owners and like in The Abrasive Side, SpongeBob needs to say no again but they didn't execute it well, Gary constantly meows although the part where he changes his tone is funny. 15. It's good but not really outstanding. 16. This is actually a sequel to the previous entry and it's actually better, my favorite regular length episode of the season! Even Bubble Bass makes a return with his weird design 17. Pretty much on par with Single Cell Anniversary. 18. A tad overrated but still ok. 19. Really good 20. Great 1. I would probably put this at number 4. 30:18 So true, I wish more fans would realize this.

Does anyone remember that spongebob episode where they were surfing and they get stranded on an island and they learn how to surf with this guy who is really good at it and sandy mr krabs are trying to find them but both get lost and how when they surf and spongebob and that guy were surfing and Patrick on the same board when they do the big wave and end up getting over it and go back to goo la goon and have a big party while sandy and mr krabs come back and people think sandy is an alien because she came there from a helicopter just want to know if anyone remembers it

Referring to your 'horrible specials' part at the beginning, I'm gonna say it: I actually love the season 3 specials. I can see why some people don't, but I love them.

Spongebob was the cartoon of my childhood

I may not watch you're videos often, but hey, have you heard that Stephen Hillenburg did come back after 2015 came? Every SpongeBob fan was happy to see him back. Even me!

Unlike Sun Bleached and Sand Castles in the Sand, there's an episode named House Fancy that I actually find one of the best episodes on Seasons 6-8.

Planet of the Jellyfish, for me, has a vibe to Goosebumps.

If someone gets Spongebob merch for christmas, Viacom will put a copyright strike on Christmas
