And how you take your time. If you have to sand and prime a piece or a part or the whole car. So the wrap material can stick. This is much better than custom paint. This is artistry in motion. My Bro! Thank you so much for this. Perfect timing, as you know, my front bumper paint did the exact same thing. Finally got to sand (180 grit) the bad parts of the bumper. I'm going to test the rest of the car like you said. FYI I have a 2000 Honda S2000 and planning on using Avery Satin White Pearl.

I want to learn this so bad so I’m going to buy some wrap and when I get my new car I’m going to practice wrapping the hood and then go from there and just play around with it and I have a good idea of a color wrap that I want to do and I’ve been watching many of videos all day yesterday and today on different techniques on how to wrap now the trick is I just need to find someone’s garage that I can borrow for the time being because unfortunately my apartment doesn’t come with one lmaoo 😂

Had wrap on my OEM paint for 6 years. The carolina heat cooked it on the hood and messed it up. Not wrapper fault or wrap. The OEM clear coat / paint from Hyundai sux + 100 degree summers in Carolina. Sigh. Paradox can I fly you over here? Lol

My question for you is: Where are you located? I'm in Los Angeles and I have been wanting to wrap my 2014 Nissan Altima s. I wish you to be in any surrounding state and better if you are here in California.

I can see that it was repaired. Also the grill is not the standard grill for the C300 and neither are the rims as both come from the C450 AMG

@@thomasho4368 The car has the AMG styling however the Diamond grill belongs the C450/C43 and so do the rims. Just look up the C450 and you will see it, then look up the C300 and you will see the diamond and rims didn't come with this car.

If the paints really shitty like ur MR2 where u just sanded it do I need to clay bar?

What color is the car?

Okay so my car was completely repainted by a body shop and the paint isn’t the same tone as it was before, I can tell the paint job and paint itself wasn’t so good due to cracking and peeling and rock chips that is happening to the paint so what do you suggest I do ? before wrapping it

AirWick219 well you can test it by putting wrap scraps all around the car, heat, squeegee, then peel. But it’s hard to tell just by looking. Mostly it’s a risk that they must take if the paint isn’t oem or the car is old.

You can even do pull overs hoodies windbreakers rain jackets you can even do Bubble vest for every time you do a wrap you throw in a shirt so they can support you’re Channel I mean you’re not giving the shirt up for free you’re just throwing it in with the price of the wrap Secure that 💵bag 💰it’s a 🏁win-win 🏁situation🤪 you already got your foot🦶🏻 in the door as long as you get your body in and don’t slam your nuts on the way out 🤭you’ll be OK😂🗣lets go🏁

I wrapped the bumper twice. Basically did the whole passenger side then front bumper so I have to finish the whole car to make sure I have enough. Once it’s done I rolled out what’s left to see if there’s enough to redo the bumper with some paint particles under the wrap
