Tool tour in 2022 changed my life

Thank you doesn’t say how much I appreciate you time, energy and sharing this Brother. The audio and Video was amazing. I saw TOOL in Orlando, when they played Pushit it was a religious experience for me.

Thank you, saw them 3 times this tour UK. 1st time, when Adam struck the first cord I knew it was pushit, and burst into tears. I had not looked at any set lists beforehand, so glad I had not. This track as been getting me through a difficult couple of years. For the last 30 years, for every season of my life, they have a tune to see me through.

Seen TOOL this year in London and I was completely blown away by the performances and the visuals! So meticulous and precise and...different. No phones (until the last song), a countdown until the encore and you didn't have to be under the influence to be taken to a new place.

9:09 damn I can’t believe he can still hit that note. I honestly thought his voice was toast in 2010. He couldn’t hit any high notes during those 2010-2012 tours. But he seriously sounds better these days than he did 10 years ago. Its wild

Though I will grant, Maynard has sounded more consistently strong on these past few tours.

I remember reading something that after his second bout with Covid he had to rebuild his voice and lung capacity. He definitely sounds better recently. Not to mention a lot of the vocals on FI aren't as aggressive as the older stuff, so he might have more time to "recover" on stage.

What a fucking amazing performance of Push It after all those years. Fuck, i hope i see them in Berlin come May.

Do you really think Tool will hang it up for good? I don't know myself. They are a little too stubborn and obsessed with their art. I highly doubt they'll retire because they'll never get full satisfaction of the attempt for perfection. If that makes sense.

They’re all very fit and taking good care of themselves, actually seems like they’re actually improving a bit with age. No sign of slowing down at all imo. I think we’ll actually get another album too

Seeing them for the first time this tour in Europe was absolutely mind blowing. Got lucky enough to see them twice and wow, I couldn't help but cry at times. So beautiful and everything I expected and more. I had seen so many live shows on KZread over the years but in person, it was another experience, dare I say almost close to what a religious experience is at a church. It was surreal.

I was at this concert and this video absolutely encapsulates the power of this song. Thanks for sharing.

I know no other band I can think of right in this time frame, where when I see them live, I am speechless. You walk away feeling like you just saw the greatest band alive today

My man, after 20 years of hearing this sons on cd. All this emtional loading creating all by myself and witness this song now live is just so overwelming and also crying like a child! I would like to write so much more but the barrier of languag is holding me down! Maynard (and all the rest) wa on fire this tour, saw them 6 times this tour in Europe! I'm from belgium and went to Prague to see them there and was eating eating soms terrible goulash when suddenly i saw danny carey passing by on his electric mountbike, starstruck running to him because he was held up by traffic. Askint very friendly for a photo but was not to happy about it but asekd "i can give you a handsake" was totally in shock, don't care about the picture but enjoyed the 1 min with him, shakiny for 1 hour after that! So crazy! Love you all and enjoy the little fall tour in the us! ❤

Nothing like experiencing a TOOL concert in person! Great video but you really have to experience this in person to truly appreciate it. Hopefully they will tour again in the near future!! This tour had an awesome set list!!

Say TOOL just before the covid outbreak in Sydney and i was in the VIP and heard them warming up on this song and it has become my favourite song, just jealous they didnt play it in the concert, but the next night when i went they did play tempest for the first time LIVE so happy for that and just happy to be a TOOL fan. Thanks guys.

I have tried the Emulsio stabilization app. It’s a give and take deal. Especially with the low light and crazy lighting/effects. You can see some of my earlier videos have more stabilization on them and it struggles staying focussed and seems like it compresses it to lower res. Like the Descending one for example.
